产品概述 The product overview QJ G 型气体继电器是具有动作指示功能的继电器 是安装在 800KVA 及以上的油浸式变压器 有 载分接开关 的一种保护装置 该继电器安装在变压器与储油柜之间的连接管路中 当变压器 或有载 分接开关 内部故障时 产生的气体或油流冲动挡板 使跳闸接点接通 自动切断电源 起保护变压器 或有载分接开关 作用 它是变压器 或有载分接开关 的主要安全保护装置 它采用挡板式磁力接 点结构 当变压器 或有载分接开关 在运行中 或故障时 继电器内气体达到一定容积时 开口杯下 沉 上磁铁使上干簧接点闭合 接通信号回路 当油流冲动挡板 下磁铁使下干簧接点闭合 接通信号 回路 信号接点接通 并发出报警信号 起到保护变压器的作用 同时 该型号继电器在保有原继电器 功能和安装尺寸的情况下 增加了报警信号标记装置和标记复位装置 给检修和故障排除节省了大量的 时间 并可以很方便地使指针复位 A gas relay in model of QJ G is one with a indication function of action and is a protection device installed on an oil immersed type of transformer with a loading tapping switch in 800KVA or over which is installed on the connection pipeline between the transformer and an deposted oil tank When the transformer or with a loading tapping switch is in an internal fault the gas or oil flow will impulse the baffle to make the jump junction turn on and cut off the power automatically to protect the transformer or with a loading tapping switch which is a main safety protection device for the transformer or with a loading tapping switch It makes use of a baffle type of magnetism junction structure When the transformer or with a loading tapping switch is in running or fault after gas in the relay reaches at a certain volume the open cup will sink and the top magnet will make the upper dry spring junction close to turn on the signal loop When the oil flow impulses the baffle the bottom magnet will make the bottom dry spring junction close to turn on the signal loop The signal connection point will be turned on and send out the warning signal to protect the transformer At the same time this type of the relay has been increased a warning signal mark device and a mark returning position device under keeping the old functions and the outer sizes which not only saves a large amount of time for the maintenance and the shooting trouble but also help the indicating pointer to restoring the original position 执行标准 The execution standard JB T9647 1999 sequence number 继电器 The relay 气体 The gas QJ G 继电器芯子结构如图一所示 当变压器 或有载分接开关 正常工作时 是充满变压器油 的 如果变压器出现故障时 则因油分解而产生的气体聚集在容器上部 迫使油面下降 浮子 3 降到某 一限定位置时 磁铁 16 使干簧接点 20 闭合 接通信号回路 发出信号 若变压器 或有载分接开关 因漏油而使油面降低 同样发出信号 如果变压器 或有载分接开关 内部出现故障 出现油的涌浪 则在连接管内产生油流 冲动挡板 5 运动到某一限定位置时 磁铁 6 使干簧接点 10 闭合 接通跳闸回 1 路 切断与变压器连接的所有电源 发出报警信号 从而起到保护变压器的作用 The core structure of the relay in model of QJ G is shown in the diagram 1 When the transformer is in work it is full of the transformer oil If the transformer is in trouble the gas from the oil resolution will be gathered on the top of the container to make the oil level go down When the float 3 goes down to the limited position the magnet 16 makes the dry spring junction 20 close to turn on the signal loop and send out the signal If the oil level is gone down by the leakage of the transformer or with a loading tapping switch it also will send out the signal If there is a fault in the transformer or with a loading tapping switch and an oil swell is appearing the oil flow will be produced in the connection pipe to impulse the baffle 5 to move into the limited position and the magnet 6 will make the dry spring junction 10 close to turn on the jump loop to cut off all powers connected with the transformer and send out a warning signal for the protection of the transformer QJ G 是我国气体继电器改型设计开发的新一代产品 其特点如下 The relay in model of QJ G is a new product with an enhancement type of the gas relay design in our country Its characters are following 1 在不改变继电器内 外任何结构的情况下 增加了继电器挡板动作就地显示装置 当挡板动作 导致重瓦斯动作时 该显示装置能标识出该种动作信号 以区别由继电器二次回路出现问题导 致出现重瓦斯动作信号的情况 并设计了动作信号的复位装置 以便消除故障后 使动作信号 恢复原位 Under keeping the old structure of the relay it is increased a local indication device for the relay baffle action When the baffle action results to a heavy gas action the indication equipment can mark out the action signal to distinguish the heavy gas action from the trouble in the second loop and the restoring position device for the action signal is designed to make action of the indicator is synchronization with the closing action of the junction and if the restoring position of the indicator is flexible and if the introduction line is falled down 3 气体容积的整定 gas volume of the junction action of the adjustment signal in range of 250 300ml 4 油速的整定 继电器出厂时 油速整定为 1 0m s 若现场使用需另行整定时 可先松动调节螺杆 14 改变弹簧 8 的长度 可以调整跳闸接点动作的油流速度 The adjustment setting of the oil speed When the relay leaves the factory the oil speed is set at 1 0m s If there is a requirement for another setting in site it can be loosed the adjustment screw 14 first to change the length of the spring 8 which can adjust the oil flow speed in the action at the jump junction 5 螺杆 15 是用于调节磁铁 6 与干簧接点 10 之间距离的 此距离一般为 0 3 1 0mm 螺杆紧固后 不要随意调动 The screw 15 is for the distance adjustment between the magnet 6 要特别注意 使继电器上箭头指向储油柜的一侧 After have checked and adjusted the relay install the relay on the connection pipeline between the transformer oil tank and the deposited oil tank it is necessary to wash and clean up by the transformer oil inside first When the installation it must pay attention to the arrow direction on the relay toward the deposited oil tank 7 安装完毕后 打开连接管上的油阀 使继电器充油 在打开气塞 1 上咀子的帽 松开顶针 19 见 图一 让空气排出 直至排气孔冒出油为止 After the installation turn on the valve on the connection pipe to let the relay full oil and open the cap on the mouth of gas plug 1 and loosen the thimble 19 see the diagram 1 to let air out until the oil overflow from the gas hole 8 从气塞咀子 18 处打进空气 可以检查信号接点动作的可靠性 Pump air in from the mouth 18 of the gas plug which can check the reliability of the signal junction action 4 vibrate acutely nor put in a strong magnet field nor the environment over 100 nor 40 to prevent the demagnetization 2 不要随便拆卸干簧接点 特别是根部引线不得任意弯折以免损坏 The dry spring junction is not
