Signature and date 2.2 过桥在起升位置能完全伸展和缩回（必须是最大位置），此时支持起升的截止阀工作正常；The telescopic bridge is to be totally extended and retracted in lifted position. (Max. lifted position available) The function of the blocking valves is to work satisfactory.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 2.3 在过桥处于水平位置时做伸缩试验，从开始起动至停止工作，其伸缩速度大约为0.5m/s。A speed of approx.0.5m/s should be obtained when driving the telescopic in and out in horizontal position.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 3.0 起升系统的功能测试（测量基准点为过桥端部着陆支座底部）Functional test of lifting system (measured from the end of the landing cone)3.1 在完全收回位置起升过桥，测量起升速度：从0到5m，起升时间不超过8s。Lift the bridge form the retracted position. Measure the lifting speed. Lifting from 0to 5m, lifting time is to be not more than 8 seconds.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 3.2 在完全伸展位置起升过桥，测量起升速度：从0到5m，起升时间不超过12s。Lift the bridge form the extended position. Measure the lifting speed. Signature and date 4.0 回转系统的功能和操作测试Functional and performance test of slewing system4.1 过桥可以向左右方向作回转运动，在做该项试验时需注意有无障碍物；Control slewing ability left and right. Be aware of any obstructions.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 4.2 测量回转速度为0.120.16转/分；slewing speed is 0.120.16 rpm功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 4.3 检查基架内侧的电缆连接线圈在旋转时弯曲度情况；Check the loops of cable connections inside the pedestal are bending satisfactory whilst slewing.功能正常，签字日期 Test OK. Signature and date 5.0 应急起升系统的测试 Emergency lift off system5.1 过桥在利用主电源或主电源失电的情况下作应急起升测试；主电源失电，过桥能起升和收回；Emergency lift off shall be possible with or without electric power supply. The bridge shall lift and retract without electric power supply.5.2 主电源失电紧急起升：过桥完全收缩状态下,过桥放置在着落平台上并被固定，切断主电源，应急系统开关转至“开”的位置，观察过桥被起升；Emergency lift off without electric power supply: Gangway to be totally retracted- Placed in landing platform stationary. Main power to be switched off-emergency system switch to be turned to on“On”position. Observe the gangway is lift off.功能正常，签字日期 Test OK. Signature and date 5.3 紧急离岸试验：过桥完全展开状态下，过桥放置在着落平台上并被固定，切断主电源，应急系统开关转到“开”的位置,此时观察过桥被起升并收回；Testing of offshore-test: Gangway to be totally extended -Placed in landing platform stationary. Main power to be switched off-emergency system switch to be turned to on“On”position. Observe the gangway is lift off and retracted.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 6.0 报警的功能和操作 Functional and performance test of alarms6.1 当伸缩通过+/-3.5m时，报警信号已传递给“平台报警系统”，此时信号灯仍处于“绿色”位置；Check the alarm is activated and transferred when telescope passed +/-3.5m. The alarm is a signal transferred to platform alarm system. The traffic light shall still be in “Green”.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 6.2当伸缩通过+/-4.5m时，声音报警和红色闪光灯在过桥两端正常工作，此时信号灯应改为“红色”；The telescope is to be driven to +/-4.5m from neutral position. Check that the alarm (sound alarm and red flashing light) is activated at both ends of the gangway. In addition, check that the traffic lights are changed to RED light.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 7.0 操控室和泵站的设备测试Test of equipment in control cabin and pump house7.1 检测操控室雨括器是否正常工作；Test that window wiper in control cabin is working satisfactory.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 7.2 检查操控室加热器是否完好；Test that heater in control cabin is working satisfactory.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 7.3检查操控室灯是否完好；Test that lights in control cabin are working satisfactory.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 7.4 检查泵站房加热器是否完好；Test that heater in pump house is working satisfactory.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 8.0 电力系统 Electrical system8.1 除了以上报警系统和所有桥楼上的功能试验说明电力系统是根据规范工作的之外，还需做以下试验,检查以下设备的功能；The testing of the alarms and functional testing of all the bridges functions illustrates that the electrical system is working according to the specifications. The remaining checks is performed in order to demonstrate that the following equipments functions.8.2 检查所有的灯，包括应急灯；Check that all lights including the emergency lights are functioning.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 8.3 当切断电源时，所有的应急灯是正常工作的；All emergency lights are functioning when the power is turn off.功能正常，签字,日期 Test OK. Signature and date 8.4控制面板上灯的检测，其中包括： Check lamp-function of the control panel, including: 储能器压力低报警 Accumulator pressure low alarm 油位低报警，安全系统“开”和“关” Oil level low I alarm, safety system on and off 起动泵“开”和“关”Start pumps on and off 220V漏电 Earth leakage 220V 红绿灯“红色”和“绿色” Traffic lights red and Green 电机“运转”和“加载”Motor Running and load 电机1和2的“运转”灯 Motor 1 & 2 running light功能正常，签字日期 Test OK.
