表面安装的工艺流程 SMT工艺有两类最基本的工艺流程式，一类是锡膏再流焊工艺，另一类是贴片波峰焊工艺。在实际生产中，应根据所用元器件和生产装备的类型以及产品的需求，选择单独进行或者重复、混合使用，应根据所用元器件和生产装备的类型以及产品的需求，选择单独进行或者重复，混合使用，以满足不同产品生产的需要。 1、锡膏再流焊工艺 如图1所示。该工艺流程式的特点是简单、快捷、有利于产品体积的减小。 2、贴片波峰焊工艺 如图2所示。该工艺流程的特点是利用双面板空间，电子产品的体积可以进一步减小，且仍使用通孔元件，价格低廉，但设备要求增多，波峰焊过程中缺陷较多，难以实现高密度组装。 图1 锡膏-再流焊工艺流程 图2 贴片-波峰焊工艺流程 若将上述两种工艺流程式混合与重复，则可以演变成多种工艺流程供电子产品组装之用，如混合安装。 、混合安装 如图3所示，该工艺流程特点是充分利用PCB双面空间，是实现安装面积最小化的方法之一，并仍保留通孔元件廉的优点，多用于消费类电子产品的组装。 图 3 混合安装工艺流程 图4 双面再流焊接工艺流程 双面均采用锡膏再流焊工艺，如图4所示。该工艺流程的特点是采用双面锡膏再流焊工艺，能充分利用PCB空间，并实现安装面积最小化，工艺控制复杂，要求严格，常用于密集型或超小型电子产品，移动电话是典型产品之一。 SMT 是Surface Mounted Technology的缩写。小型电子元器件在PCB表面的贴装技术。比较典型的如生产制造手机主板。smt贴片是指实现对电子产品的电子元器件定位和焊接。是电子产品生产的前道工序，后面经性能测试，组装及检验直到成品发货。SMT技术一、SMT简单介绍SMT-Surface Mounted Technology，即表面贴装技术，是一种先进的电路组装技术，自上个世纪60年代问世以来，就充分显示出其强大的生命力，它以非凡的速度走完了从诞生、完善直至成熟的路程，迈入了大范围的应用旺盛期。如今无论是投资类电子产品还是民用类电子产品，都有它的身影。SMT-Surface Mounted Technology came out in the 1960s, which is an advanced technology serviced for circuit manufacturing, and from then it has been stronger which comes through the course of naissance, growth, and maturation as the speed of extraordinary.
