UECAPENQRSPTMR设置为5s5、 RELOCCOMMITTMR,relocation执行定时器,由15s修改为20s,改善系统间切换成功率。6、 RRCIURELCMDTMR由5s修改为10s1.2 所有RAB的ULBLER修改为5%修改TYPRABOLPC中RABINDEX从4088的ULBLER为-13。注:该参数名为ULBLER,实际上对上行和下行都起作用。1.3 各种原因的RRC建立信道类型原则:将不需要建立RB的业务对应的RRC都建立到FACH上,目前FACH的性能好于DCH的性能,有利于提升接通率。需要建立RB的业务不能建立到FACH上,因为有些终端不支持在FACH上建立RB,导致RB SETUP无响应。重点检查如下几个:SET RRCESTCAUSE:RRCCAUSE=EMERGCALLEST,
