Could you please take out the rubbish? . Sure. / Sorry, I cant. I have to finish homework first.2. Could I go to the party?教学难点:Learn to make polite requests.Learn to ask for permission.Step 1 Lead in Read the story of “Cinderella”, find out the differences between the sentences from the story and the title of Unit3.Step 2 Presentation 1. Show the pictures and learn these phrases: do the dishes, make the bed, take out the rubbish, fold the clothes, clean the living room, sweep the floor.2. Show some more pictures and help students to remember these phrases.3. Pair work: What kind of chores do you usually do at home? Tell your partners, and then make a report for your partners.Step 3 Listening Listen. Who will do these chores? Check () Peters mother or Peter. Check the answers. Listen again. And find out the two sentences that make polite requests and how to answer.
