手足外科特色护理服务characteristic nursing service of Hand surgery一、便民措施convenience-for-patients services1.每位患者入院时发放一只文件袋，内有入院须知、健康宣教资料等，并供患者存放诸如：住院发票、身份证、医疗卡等，防止丢失以利于患者顺利办理出院手续。A file pocket, including admission notice and health education materials, will be provided to each patient when admitted to hospital. In order to go out of the hospital quickly and successfully, patients could also put hospitalization invoice, ID, medical card etc. in the pocket in case of loss of these important files. 2.夏天，每个病房都配置了电热蚊香，及时发放蚊香片或提供电蚊拍，这样避免了患者因蚊虫干扰影响休息。In summer, electric mosquito coils are provided in every ward in order to avoid the disturb by the mosquito.3.护士站配置便民盒，内有笔、纸、信封、针线等供患者使用。There are also pens, paper, envelopes, hand sewing needle and thread in the nurse station which could be used by patients. 二、专科特色护理Specialized care1.使用疼痛评估表对患者进行疼痛评分，及时采取干预措施或使用止痛药物以防止并发症的发生。To prevent the complications, pain assessment form is used to evaluate the pain levels, so that intervention measures and painkillers could be used in time. 2.患者术后需要密切观察再植指体的血运情况，我们发明的“血运观察棒”即方便观察血运，又能减少接触感染的机率。We invented a “blood supply observation stick” to observe the blood supply situation after digital replantation operations. If the patients cannot get out of the bed, the nurses will help the patients to wash hair. 2.有的患者术后需烤灯照射患处，我们制定了烤灯罩，使光源聚集照射部位同时也避免晚间光线照射影响患者的睡眠。The wounded part should exposure to the light.
