Its my fault.”对不起是我的错。通常能够获得对方的原谅。就算他实在很懊恼至少也能稍微缓和一下情绪。做无谓的辩解只能火上加油扩大事端。 第6招 抱怨不是无理取 以激愤的语气向人抱
