Duty report.(one student acts as a disabled person and do some things according to the others orders.)2. Teacher asks students how to help disabled person? Then lead them to watch a video about a dog helper and a blind.Step 2 Reading Fast Reading1. T: Now lets work on 2b. First, lets read the questions and make sure we know the meanings of all the questions. Then read the passage quickly and find the answers to the questions. 1) What kind of letter is it?2) Who wrote the letter to Miss Li? Why?2. Ss read the letter quickly and try to find the answers to the two questions. 3. Check the answers. Careful Reading 1. T: Now lets read these sentences about the letter. Read the first paragraph. Pay attention to the important sentences and phrases. Then finish the task.Dear Miss Li, Id like to_ “Animal Helpers”, Im sure you know that this group_ 。 You helped to_。Lucky_ my life. Let me tell you my story. 2. Ss read paragraph 2&3,then according to the questions to have a group discussion.1).What was Bens life like before he had Lucky? 2).Who helped Ben Smith out? How? 3).
