Ask them to read the profiles of the three students in Part 1 before listening to the recording.The table at the top of page 70 will give students ideas of each interviewees interests. Tell them that they will be able to complete all the information in Part A2 by listening carefully to the recording.Give examplesTo let them use sentences to express themselvesBefore listeningListen to the tape and write down the correct predications Ask students to conduct their own interviews with their classmates. They can also interview people in their family if they wish.Tell students to complete a profile like the one at the top of page 74, showing what they already know about a person.Students should then find out the same information that Millie found out from her classmates. If they still have some gaps, ask them to look closely at the information they are missing.4.Play the recording once more without stopping for students to check their answers.5.Ask students to read one answer each. Check for mistakes and mispronunciation.For weaker classes, students can work in pairs to complete Part A3.
