由于溪谷坡度比较大 很多经过溪谷的溪流是季节性溪流 突出的山体将湖面分割成多个湖湾 包围山体成为半岛 御领湾 就坐落在这些湖湾边 半岛上以及溪谷两侧 I Astudyofthemasterplanning1 1ABriefIntroductionoftheproject YuLingBay isabout18KilometerstotheeastofdowntownChengdu YulingBay villasarescatteredalongthebays onthepeninsulasandalongthestreams 1 2总体规划湖的北岸为正在建设中的独栋别墅区 新的建设规划为湖南岸的别墅区以及主入口桥头的山地公园 在南岸住宅组团的外侧目前为果树林地 但远期规划为36洞高尔夫球场 整个社区的对外交通来自山地公园西侧的道路 这条道路同时担负着未来的高尔夫球场的对外交通功能 新建项目的综合容积率只有0 34 留有大面积的公共绿化空间 有利于营造优秀的社区景观 新建项目分四期实施 但景观设计统一设计 并考虑将建成区的景观进行改造 统一纳入新的景观主题 1 2MaterPlanThevillasonthenorthernshorearealmostfinished 湖水常水位的季节性落差大约1 5米 周边山脊线有着覆盖了常绿乔木的背景绿化 但从湖畔至山脚下的建设用地只有凌乱的灌木 地被植物以及少量的农作物 很少有大乔木 大部分的湖岸线有着完整的地被植物覆盖 并有水生植物一直延伸入水面 形成天然的缓冲地带 但一部分工程建设现场对湖岸线造成了破坏 造成了大面积的土壤裸露 由于湖水水位的变化形成的湖水中央季节性的小岛 约6000 这里同样缺少大乔木的绿化 1 4建成区景观现状湖北岸的建成区由于建筑密度比较高 绿化率低 造成建筑没有树木遮挡 形成严重的视觉污染 沿岸的植被不完整 有很多的土壤裸露在外 木栈道 休息亭以及突出水面的平台等景观设施过多 对完整的湖岸线破坏严重 建成区内部景观选材混乱 没能形成统一的景观风格 建成区的内部景观人工斧凿痕迹过于浓重 没能体现位于风景区的郊区住宅的特点 1 4Landscapeofthebuiltarea Wecandesignsomelookoutareasalongthemainroadthatsharethesamemusicthemewithotherplazasorlookoutstounifythelandscapedesign 1 6打造 御岭湾 的大环境1 总体关系项目用地连绵起伏的山体和宁静的湖水使得建造一个令人心情放松的高级社区成为可能 景观设计的总体理念就是保护这一优美的自然环境 在滨水区 尤其是突出的半岛 要做大量的种植 不能有裸露的土壤 建筑的高度不能高于山脊线或树冠线 这样的话 从任何一个视角都可以看到由连绵的山体所勾勒出的自然的天际线 2 对建成区的景观建议就建成区的现状来讲 它更像是一个城市别墅而不是位于风景区内的景观别墅 我们建议在不遮挡别墅面向湖水视线的前提下沿现有的道路种植高大乔木 同时在目前的滨水木平台与湖水之间增加植物层次 尽可能的减少人造景观的负面影响 同时增加几处以音乐为主题的广场或是观光点 将其融入新的景观总体设计 3 ConservationofthehillsandthewaterbodiesTherearesomesteepslopesinthisprojectthatneedspecialattention thelakewillbequite Waterfrontvegetationwithseasonalcolorchangewillbeniceinreflection Thewaterlevelfluctuatealot Waterfrontplantsshouldbeabletowithstandbothwetseasonanddryseason 3 对现有山体以及水系的保护现场有一些陡峭的山坡需要特殊的景观及工程处理 工程开始前要清理掉碎石和不稳定的土坡 在景观处理上可以大量种植地被植物和灌木 比如络石和常春藤 这样能够很好地保持地表土 沿水系两侧 包括季节河两侧 设置一条10米宽的生态缓冲区域 这个区域可以大量种植不同种类的植物 保护自然水系来最大限度的保证生物多样性 这样做的同时也可以达到保持优良湖水水质的目的 4 湖岸及河岸景观尽可能的创造私家的水岸景观 为项目制造卖点 增加项目的收益率 别墅可以临水或是隐藏在树林后以创造景观的差异性 高密度的开发以及其他公共设施尽可能的设置在湖湾区以减少对湖面的视觉干扰 由于湖面尺度适合 而且没有与外部河流连接 我们建议开展皮划艇 小型游艇和帆船等水上项目作为水上景观的一部分 以非机动船为主以减少对水体的污染 可以相应的在距离主路近的湖岸设置游艇码头以及船坞 大多数情况下湖水水面风平浪静 水边的植物伴随季节颜色的变化会在水面形成美丽的倒影 由于湖水的水位线随季节变动很大 这样的话大量种植适应干湿季交替的植物会在雨季以及枯水季节提供良好的景观 二 案例分析以美国富兰克林湖畔住宅项目为景观设计的参考对象 将 御岭湾 打造成国际一流的别墅区 富兰克林湖畔住宅位于美国新罕布什尔州的Hillsborough 这里也是美国第14任总统 皮尔斯 富兰克林的诞生地 项目的名称就是为了纪念这位总统 富兰克林湖区总面积约2平方公里 周边是有着丰富植被的起伏的山峦 该项目的地理特征与 御岭 十分相似 富兰克林湖畔住宅的景观要点1 大多数的住宅沿湖畔开发 为了保护自然景观 陡峭的山坡被划为保护区 禁止住宅开发 住宅的高度不超过山脊或是山顶的树冠轮廓线 2 湖畔高密度的种植 保持完美的湖岸线 只留有很狭窄的小路通往私家庭院 建筑隐藏在湖岸植被的后面 3 美国音乐主题与项目的所在地的热情而温暖的湖区气候以及富有韵律感的自然山水是一致的 景观设计采用象征以及具象并举的设计手法来体现音乐主题 鉴于美国成功高档社区的经验 从 大构思 到最终完成 我们建议每一个设计元素都是一以贯之的设计理念的有机体 违背了这种主题与风格的一致性和连续性 会导致御岭与折中了很多风格的大多数楼盘相雷同 失去项目的自我特性与独树一帜的品格 III bigidea 包含一条已经修建好的公路以及部分深入水面的木栈道 由于建成区的组团内已经设有内部组团道路 我们建议沿湖公路改为景观步行路 只有在紧急的情况下供机动车通行 这样的话可以保证湖畔公园的安全 北岸建成区的湖岸线植被破坏比较严重 景观设计以恢复性种植为第一任务 结合现有的木栈道 形成安宁的湖岸环境 在湖的南岸利用突出的半岛以及河口的生态保护区设计点状的沿湖公园 在居住区道路及组团道路与公园接近的位置设置人行通道 建立社区的亲水步行体系 并在适当的位置设置观水嘹望台 这样的设计有利于最大限度的保持原有的自然风貌 突出的山体都有完整的绿化 而高密度的住宅开发都隐藏在湖湾区内 2 自然生态保护区在河流两侧生态脆弱的地带建立生态缓冲区 湿地 在 鸟岛 建立生态保护区 并进行多样化的种植 进行生态的恢复 体现原生态的美 保留现有山脊的绿化带 并在山脚下 山体与别墅组团之间设计绿化缓冲地带 为别墅组团设立安全的屏障 减少山体滑坡或是因为雨水冲刷山体而带来的淤泥对别墅的破坏 在湖岸种植水生植物 起到固定土壤的作用 同时在水位线变动很大的情况下也可以提供良好的景观效果 3 5conservationandexploitofnaturallandscape1
