SPACE矩阵在XX公司管理中的应用研究摘要XX公司是一家以经营花卉租摆销售，承包各类绿化管理为主的有限公司，在当今企业环境因素越来越多,竞争越来越激烈的时代，对于企业而言，明确分析出企业所处战略地位以及制定适合自身情况的发展战略是最根本的一件大事。本文以该公司所面临的问题为背景，通过定性分析和定量分析，对该公司发展战略进行系统分析。依据北京花卉行业发展的基本现状，利用SPACE矩阵对XX花卉公司的内部及外部环境进行分析，得出该公司所处的战略地位，最终确定了在当前所处环境中该公司属于SPACE矩阵中的进取型企业，提出了一些可行性战略决策。关键词：花卉行业，SPACE矩阵，外部环境，内部环境，战略地位。The Applied Study of SPACE Matrix in The Case of XX Corporations Management Abstract XX Corporation is a flower business company, it undertakes a wide range of Green Management.
