Note: Always use the samebottle to mix the same % of propanol and water. 在10个玻璃瓶上贴好标签标示异丙醇浓度和日期,每个增加10,从090。注意:用同一个瓶子混合相同浓度的异丙醇和水。5.1.2Label each 500mL beaker - one for water, one for propanol. 烧杯上贴好标签,1个是水,1个是异丙醇。5.1.3Pour between 275mL to 300mL of propanol into the appropriately labeled 500mLbeaker. 在500ml烧杯里倒入275300ml异丙醇。5.1.4Pour approximately 300mL of deionized water into the appropriately labeled500mL beaker. 500ml烧杯倒入约300ml的软水(去离子水)5.1.5Start with the 0% mixture (refer to Table 1), if needed, and pour the appropriateamount of deinoized water into the graduated cylinder. Then transfer thedeionized water into the appropriate dropping bottle marked 0%. 异丙醇浓度为0开始(参照表1),如有必要,在量筒里倒入适量的软水。然后将软水倒入标记0的玻璃滴瓶。Note: Always start with the 0% solution when needed to avoid alcohol residueintruding into solution. 备注:为避免残留的酒精渗入,确保每次从0的开始。5.1.6Proceed to next % solution on Table 1 by pouring the appropriate amount ofpropanol into the graduated cylinder followed by the appropriate amount ofdeionized water. Continue this process until all ten % solutions have beencreated. 用下一个浓度,将适量的异丙醇倒入量筒,然后加入适量的软水。继续只到直到异丙醇浓度到达10。5.1.7Securely close the dropping bottles and store them in the cabinet above the sinkin the QC Lab. 安全关闭滴瓶,放入QC实验室柜子里的水槽上。5.1.8Pour the remaining propanol into the sink and rinse thoroughly. 将剩余的异丙醇倒入水槽并冲洗干净。5.1.9Wash glassware used with a mild soap, then air dry. 玻璃器皿用温和的肥皂清洗并烘干。5.1.10Replace glassware in cabinets above sink when finished. 玻璃器皿放在柜子里水槽上。6PROCEDURE: 程序6.1Staple 8x8 material sample to 8.5x11 sheet of paper with the calendared side up. 将8x8的面料放在8.5x11的纸上,6.2Apply 5 drops of each solution on sample no closer than 1/4 to each other and/or theedge of the sample. 每种配方滴5滴在面料上,相互之间距离不得小于1/4且不能在边缘上。6.3After 5 minutes, observe the test specimen for penetration. 5分钟以后,观察被测样品是否有渗透。6.4The Alcohol Repellency Rating (A.R.R.) of the fabric is the highest numbered test liquidwhich will not penetrate the fabric within a period of 5 minutes. (Refer to Table 1) 5分钟内不渗透的最高值就是防酒精值6.4.1All five (5) drops must retain a round shape on the surface of the fabric to becounted for the A.R.R. 5滴溶液必须都保持圆形才能用来计算防酒精值。6.4.2If the A.R.R. for a sample doesnt pass the minimum requirements as stated onthe item sheet, the sample must be tested again after 24 hours. This may berepeated at 24 hour intervals until the sample results in the minimumrequirement for A.R.R. 如果结果小于规定的最小值,则24小时后要重新测试。每间隔24小时测试一次,直到结果大于规定的最小值。6.4.2.1The sample prepared in 6.1 may be used for all A.R.R. testing. 6.1的样品可以用于所有测试。6.5Record the individual rating for all A.R.R. test results on the NonWoven Worksheet(PB-602).
