大安风力发电场论文：天威集团大安风力发电场项目全生命周期成本控制研究【中文摘要】能源是全球经济发展和社会进步的根本动力,也是人类生存和发展的重要基础。进入工业时代以来,以煤炭、石油为代表的不可再生能源的大规模开发利用,不仅迅速消耗了地球长期积累的宝贵能源,更直接破环了地球生态环境、气候环境,严重威胁人类的生存与可持续发展。开发和利用绿色能源已经成为当今和未来世界能源发展方向,风能作为最具商业化开发潜力的绿色能源之一,目前已在世界各国大规模开发使用。中国风能资源储量很大,分布面广,开发利用潜力巨大,但我国风电产业起步相对较晚,在风机制造水平和风电场建设运营方面尚存在诸多不足,使得风电场项目整体成本居高不下,严重阻碍我国风力发电的发展。本论文以我国目前国内风力发电现状为研究基础,以天威集团大安风力发电场为研究对象,以市场化为前提,运用项目管理基本原理,从风电场项目建设的角度和环节,深入研究大安风力发电场项目建设中的成本控制难题,并对影响风力发电场项目成本的因素进行逐项分析,提出解决天威大安风力发电场各环节成本控制的具体方法,积极探索降低风力发电场项目建设成本的途径,对推动我国风力发电的发展具有非常重要的现实意义。【英文摘要】As a fundamental driving force for global economic development and social progress, energy is also regarded as an important foundation for the survival and development of human beings. Since the industrial revolution, represented by the use of coal and oil, the large-scale development and utilization of non-renewable energy not only causes a rapid consumption of the valuable energy accumulated in a long term on the earth, but destroys the eco-system and climate environment, posing a serious threat to human beingssurvival and sustainable development.The development and utilization of green energy has become a global trend of energy consumption in today and the future. As one of the green energies with a huge potential in commercial development, wind energy has been put into use in a large-scale development around the world. Chinas wind energy reserve is abundant in a wide range of areas, which brings a huge potential in its development and utilization. Whereas, the wind power industry in China has a relatively late beginning, thus lacking a lot of experience in the relevant sphere, such as the manufacture of turbine and the construction and operation of wind farms, etc. All of these factors raise the overall cost of wind farm projects in China and impede the development of wind power generation.The research is based on the status quo of the domestic wind power generation and uses Tianwei Groups Daan wind farm as the object of study. On the premise of market, using the basic principles of project management, this thesis, from the perspective and links of wind farm project, researches deeply into the problem of cost control of Daan wind farm. Through the by-point analysis of the factors influencing the project cost in wind power generation on Daan wind farm, the thesis proposes specific methods in solving the cost control problems that Daan wind farm has encountered. These methods help a lot in the further exploration of cost reduction in wind farm construction.
