热水型溴化锂冷水机组使用说明书Operation Manual Of Hot Water Operated Lithium Bromide Absorption Chiller 江苏汇能新能源科技有限公司Jiansu Huineng New Energy Technology Co.,Ltd目 录Content1、 前言Preface.32、 工作原理Working theory.43、 主要技术参数Technical parameter.74、 设备安装Installation.85、 机组真空抽气方法The vacuum exhaust method.96、 操作说明Operation instruction.117、 机组运行及操作Running and operation158、 常见故障与突发性故障的处理Settlement of frequent malfunctions and outbreak malfunctions.19 前 言 Preface 谨向选用热水型溴化锂吸收式冷水机组的用户表示衷心地感谢和崇高的敬意。We would like to extend our sincere gratitude and high honor to the users of hot water lithium bromide absorption chiller. 热水型溴化锂冷水机组除溴化锂冷水机组外、机组还包括电脑控制箱、真空泵、热水三通调节阀。This kind of lithium bromide absorption unit includes chiller, control cabinet, vacuum pump, and hot water three-way valve. 功能: 制冷Function: refrigerating 制冷温度: 5以上冷水,为中央空调提供冷源Temperature of refrigerating: to get chilled water with more than 5 as cold resource for central air condition. 使用能源80至95热水Energy: hot water (from 80 to 95) 电源电压:3相380V需接零线和地线或根据用户要求提供。Power supply should be three-phrase, and 380V (need be connected zero line and ground wire separately), or it can be customized. 设计使用寿命:20年Designed lifespan is twenty years.二 工作原理Working theory1、 一般原理General theory在日常生活中,我们都有这样的常识,把酒精涂在皮肤上会有凉爽的感觉,这是因为酒精蒸发时吸收皮肤上的热量的缘故,实际上不仅是酒精,任何一种液体转化为气体都要吸收热量。液态水蒸发为水蒸气也同样如此。We have a common sense in our daily life: we always feel cool once coating the alcohol on our skin. This is because the alcohol will absorb the skin heat during the evaporation. In fact, it is not limited to the alcohol. Any liquid will absorb the surrounding heat during its evaporation. And it is the same to water evaporation.另一方面,我们知道液体蒸发(沸腾)温度与其相应的压力有关。在一个大气压下,水的蒸发温度为100,而在0.00891大气压时,它的蒸发温度就降低为5了。可见,水的蒸发温度随压力的降低而降低,这样,只要创造一个压力很低,或者说真空度很高的空间,并让水在其中蒸发,就能制出与这个低压相应的低温水了。 On the other hand, we know that liquid evaporation (boiling) temperature is related to relevant pressure. For instance: the water evaporation temperature is 100C under one atmospheric pressure, while its evaporation temperature has lowered to 5C under 0.00891 atmospheric pressure. We can come to see that water evaporation temperature will lower with the pressure reduction. So long as a space with very low pressure or very high vacuum degree is given to us and water is evaporated in the space, the low temperature water corresponding to the low pressure can be made. 图二 吸收蒸发原理Figure the theory of absorption and evaporation溴化锂水溶液有强烈吸收水蒸汽的特点,而且溶液浓度越浓吸收水蒸汽的能力越强;溶液温度越低吸收水蒸汽的能力也越强。但溴化锂溶液吸收水蒸汽后温度会升高。要保持吸收能力,必须用冷却水将溶液温度降低,并保持一定的溶液浓度。溴化锂吸收式制冷机就是利用上述原理(见图二),让水在压力很低的蒸发器中蒸发、吸热,制出低温冷水。因此,为使蒸发器中的水蒸发、吸热过程不断的进行,必须不断的补充蒸发掉的水,并不断带走蒸发后的水蒸气,这一功能就是依靠溴化锂溶液的特性来实现的。Aqueous solution of lithium bromide has a strong feature of absorption water vapor, and the more concentrated solution concentration, the stronger ability of absorption water vapor, while the lower solution temp., the stronger ability of absorption water vapor as well. But, the solution temp. will be raised once they have absorbed the water vapor. To maintain the absorption feature, cooling water has to be used to lower the temp. of solution and maintain a certain degree concentration of lithium bromide solution. Lithium bromide absorption chiller just utilizes the above theory(see Figure) to evaporate and absorb hear in the evaporator with very low pressure so as to make chilled water with low temperature. Therefore, in order to maintain the evaporation and heat absorption in the evaporator, the evaporated water must be constantly supplemented and evaporated steam shall be taken away. This function is realized just by the features of lithium bromide solution. 2、 制冷循环Refrigeration circulation图三为热水型溴化锂吸收式制冷机的流程原理图。图中,稀溶液由溶液泵输送,经换热器加热后进入发生器,被在管内流动的热水加热,产生冷剂蒸气,同时溶液被浓缩。冷剂蒸汽进入冷凝器,被在管内流动的冷却水所冷却,聚积在冷凝器中的冷剂水,经节流后进入蒸发器,由于蒸发器中的压力很低,冷剂水吸取管内流动冷水的热量而蒸发,使冷水的温度降低,从而达到制冷的目的。另一方面,发生器出口的浓溶液,经过热交换器降温后进入吸收器,吸收来自蒸发器的低温冷剂蒸汽,并使蒸发器保持低压,制冷过程不断进行,浓溶液吸收冷剂蒸汽后浓度降低,再由溶液泵送往发生器,如此循环不息,蒸发器中就能不断地输出低温冷水,供空调或生产工艺降温之用。The following Figure is flow chart of hot water lithium bromide absorption chiller. The dilute solution shall be transmitted by the solution pump, then enter into generator heated by heat exchanger. The dilute solution in the high pressure generator shall be heated up by the hot water flowing in the pipes to produce refrigerant steam and the solution shall be condensed. The refrigerant steam shall enter into condenser and cooled down by cooling water flowing in the pipes, and the refrigerant water gathered in condenser shall enter into the evaporator by throttling. Because of low pressure in evaporator, it will be evaporated by absorbing the heat of chilled water flowing in pipes, lower the temperature of chilled water and the refrigeration is realized. On the other hand, the concentrated solution at the outlet of high pressure generator shall go through heat exchanger and enter into absorber to absorb the low temperature refrigerant steam from evaporator and make the evaporator in low-pressure condition, as well as the refrigeration process ongoing. The concentration of concentrated solution shall be reduced once absorbing the refrigerant steam. Then it shall be enter into generator by solution pump. The above repeated circulation enables the evaporator to constantly output low temperature chilled water for the cooling operation of air conditioner or production techniques. 图四为热水型溴化锂吸收式制冷机结构原理图,更能说明机组的结构和内部运行情况。该机组热交换器、蒸发器、冷凝器、发生器、吸收器都安装在一个筒体内,机组可做到几乎无泄漏,运行可靠性增加。The following Figure is the structure chart of hot water lithium bromide absorption chiller, which can be easier to explain its structure and internal operation. Level can refer to the bolts center of generator.机组随机携带的热水三通调节阀应安装在机组热水进口前,接管方式见图五,该阀门用于机组冷量调节,故障及停机时切断热水进入机组。The hot water three-way valve should be installed at the intake of hot water, and its connecting mode refers to the Figure. The valve is used to adjust the cooling capacity, and also can cut off the hot water-in when the failure is occurred or it is off. 图五 流程图 Figure Flow chart 五 机组真空抽气方法 The vacuum exhaust method 在机内保持无不凝性气体,是本机组良好运行的关键,机组要求每隔半年,用真空泵对机组抽一次不凝性气体,使机组保持良好的真空状态。抽真空最好由本公司代理商完成,如无代理商而需自己完成则必须遵循以下步骤。The key point to make the unit under well operation is to keep no non-condensable gas in the chiller. Non condensable gas must be exhausted by vacuum pump every six months so as to maintain the chiller in good vacuum state. Besides, it is better that the air-pumping process be done by our local agent, otherwise the following steps must be adhered to if user has to do this by themselves. 1. 确保真空泵良好运行,注意真空泵油位是否正常。To make sure the vacuum pump in good condition, please check if the oil level ofvacuum pump is in working order.2. 检查真空泵抽气极限是否正常。检查步骤如下(见图六)所示:启动真空泵30秒左右。打开真空泵抽气阀和测压阀。数分钟后真空压力计的压力指示应小于0.3KPa (300Pa),说明机组真空抽气系统正常,可以予以抽气。如真空压力计始终大于0.3KPa (300Pa),真空泵抽气极限压力有问题或外抽气室有漏点,应予以检查,不要打开抽气阀。To check if the exhaust limits of vacuum pump is in working order, and its steps is shown in Figure: start up vacuum pump abut 30 seconds, and open the bleeder valve and pressure regulator. If the indicated pressure is less than 0.3KPa after a few minutes, which illustrates the vacuum exhausting system in normal condition and air-pumping could be done. However, if the pressure is always more than 0.3KPa, which indicates that there is something wrong in extreme pressure of vacuum pump or there may be some leakage in outside aspirating chamber, and both of them should be checked and dont open the bleeder valve. 图六 真空抽气系统示意图 Figure the sketch of vacuum pumping system 3. 抽气极限检查合格,打开抽气阀,连续抽气90分钟。Once the extreme pressure become qualified, the bleeder valve should be opened and pump air continuously about 90 minutes.4. 抽气结束后,关闭抽气阀、测压阀,和抽气连接阀,并关闭真空泵。After the air-pumping, close the bleeder valve, pressure regulator and junction valve, as well as vacuum pump.六 操作说明Operation instruction一、 可编程终端(简称操作屏)介绍Introduction for Programmable Logic Controller (called PLC for short)机组刚上电,屏幕上会出现下面显示,帮助你如何操作该机组。The screen will be shown the following when it is power on, which can help you to operate the unit.Press F7 and F8 keyYou can know how to run,set, correct the chiller PWR COM F1 F2 F3 F4 F5 F6 F7 F8 按键说明:屏幕上的八个按键在操作状态和数据设定状态下具有不同的功能。在数据设定状态时,各键分别有不同的作用,下面会有详细说明;在操作状态时,各键根据每个屏幕的具体定义来操作;F7键向上翻屏,F8键向下翻屏,F5键表示退出并返回主屏幕。Key note: every key has different function under different operation and data setting status. Besides, the indicator lights on when the pump is opened. 七 机组运行及操作Running and operation要求:冷水泵、冷却水泵、冷却塔风机的电线接入本机组的电控箱内。由本机组控制冷水泵、冷却水泵、冷却塔风机运行和停止,这样可以很大限度地减少机组运行时溶液结晶的可能性。The wires of chilled water pump, cooling water pump, cooling water tower fan must be connected into control cabinet. The unit will control the running and shutdown of above parts, thus the possibility of crystallization can be reduced in degree.本机组操作十分简单,用户设定好出水温度后(出厂时设定为10),只要“一键”开机,“一键”关机即可。溶液调节阀必须由专业调试人员调节,调节不当会影响机组冷量和能耗。The unit enjoys easier operation, and after the outlet temperature is set (10 degree C while delivery), and only a button just could realize startup and shutdown. Worthily mentioned, the solution regulating valve should be adjusted by professional staff. Otherwise, the improper adjustment will affect its cooling capacity and power consumption.1、 开机Startup按下“开机”按钮,机组自行开启溶液泵、冷水泵、冷却水泵(根据冷水进水温度自动开停)。冷却塔风机根据冷却水温度自动开或停,冷却水温度小于32关风机,大于34开风机。Press the “start” button, the unit will open automatically the solution pump, chilled water pump and cooling water pump (it will start or stop automatically according to the inlet temp of chilled water). While the fan of cooling water tower will start up and shut down automatically according to the cooling water temperature, that is to say, it will stop when the temperature is less than 32 , and start when it is greater than 34.2、机组运行过程Operational process溶液泵、冷水泵、冷却水泵(根据冷水进水温度自动开停)。冷却塔风机根据冷却水温度来启停。冷却水出水温度小于32关风机,大于34开风机。热水进入热水三通调节阀入口。The solution pump, chilled water pump, cooling water pump (it will start or stop automatically according to the inlet temp of chilled water) .While the fan of cooling water tower will start up and shut down automatically according to the cooling water temperature, that is to say, it will stop when the temperature is less than 32 , and start when it is greater than 34.
