Water temperature of low-noise type and ultra-low noise type cooling tower generally drops 5-8 C, it is suitable for general water drop, such as air conditioning & refrigeration. 超低噪声型冷却塔是在低噪声冷却塔的基础上又采取了一系列噪声控制措施，标准点噪声值比相应的低噪声型低-5dB(A)。它适合于对噪声要求更严的地方，例如：宾馆、医院、公共建筑以及距居民区较近的场合。Ultra-low noise type cooling tower has taken a series of noise control measures on the basis of the low-noise type cooling tower, the noise value of the standard points is -5dB (A) lower than that of low-noise type. It was well-suited to the place with stricter requirements on noise, such as hotels, hospitals, public buildings as well as the surrounding of residential areas.工业型即中高温冷却塔，水温降一般为1025。改型增加了塔体直径、风量风压、功率、填料高度等一系列措施。它适合于水温将较高的工业用水的冷却。Industrial type means high temperature cooling tower, the temperature drop is 10-25 centi-degrees. (Water pond of catchment type cooling tower is 300-400mm higher than the general water pond)选用及使用：Selection & usage: 选用时须知水量Q、进水温度t1、出水温度t2及设计湿球t，根据热力性能曲线确定型号。Water quantity Q, inlet water temperature t1, outlet water temperature t2 and designed wet ball t should be told during the selection, and then confirm the model according to thermal performance curved line. 就材料的耐寒性而言，能适用于-50的地区，但是对于最冷月平均气温低于-10的地区，订货时应提出要求防结冰措施，出厂前可配有淋水导流环，使水不流到百叶窗上。According to the cold tolerance, it is suitable to be used in the area with the temperature of -50, but in the area with the average temperature of the coldest month less than -10, when order the equipment, buyer should ask to take anti-freeze measures. Before the equipments leaving the factory, water guide ring should be configured so that the water will not flow to the shutter. 循环水浑浊度不大于50毫克/升，短期不大于100毫克/升，不宜含有油污和机械性杂质，必要时采取灭藻及水质稳定措施。The turbidity of circular water cant be higher than 50milligram/litre, no larger than 100milligram/litre in short period, it cant contain oil or mechanical impurities, algae removing & water quality stabilizing measures should be taken if necessary. 基础图供安装时参考。大塔的进、出水管方向见图示，小塔可在水平位置任意定，但不得碰基础，中间有基础的，其荷载应为运转重的25%，其余的75%由外围长方形基础平均承担。如在屋顶安装，应考虑风荷载引起的附加压力。Basic drawing is for reference during installation. The direction of inlet pipe and outlet pipe of large tower see in the drawing, the horizontal position of small tower could be discretional, but it cant contact any foundation, if there is foundation in the middle, its load should be 25% of operating weight, the rest 75% should be born by peripheral rectangle foundation. If it is installed on top of roof, the additional pressure caused by wind should be considered. 小于125型的冷却塔，外面连接的进出水管与冷却塔连接处应设支座，防止过多的重量压在塔壁上。Cooling tower less than 125 type, the connection between outer inlet & outlet water pipes and cooling tower should configures support bracket to avoid that too much weight should be born by wall of tower. 布水管按名义流量开孔，如实际水量与名义流量相差15%以上，订货时说明，可改变开孔尺寸。塔的进水管水压为2米到5米水柱。设计时压力不要过高，否则流量过大会增加飘水量。Hole should be opened according to designed flow rate during water pipe distribution, if the difference between actual water volume and designed flow is over 15%. If note when order, the dimension of opening hole can be changed. The water pressure of inlet pipe of tower can be 2m-5m water column. The pressure cant be too high when designing, or too large flow rate will increase floating water. 本产品适用于水温不超过60，如超过60的，订货时提出，本厂可在选材上加以解决。如需阻燃型冷却塔订货时须说明，我厂也可满足要求。This product is suitable for water temperature not exceeding 60, if the water temperature exceeds 60, please tell when order, our plant could solve this problem by choosing different material. If flame-retarded cooling tower is required, please tell when order, our plant could meet this demand. 150型以上的冷却塔，风机叶片角度可以调整，但要保证各叶片角度一致，电流不超过电机额定电流的95%。风机可以短期内倒转来消冰。因此，在结冰严重的地区，应设置可逆磁力启动器，按钮应安装在冷却塔的附近。（调叶片方法见横流式玻璃钢冷却塔说明书）。Cooling tower larger than 150type, the angle of fan impeller can be adjusted, but the angle of each impeller should be the same, the current cant exceed 95% of rated current. Fan can reverse in short period to remove the ice. Thus, in the area with heavy ice, reverse electromagnetic starter should be configured; the button should be installed nearby the cooling water.
