无损检测冬季严寒施工方案：根据当地气温,在10月份进入冬季.我单位根据以上完成工程和现场实际情况编制了此冬季施工方案.一、 现场检测保证措施a) 无损检测人员做好保暖措施,备好保暖鞋,保暖衣等.b) 工程车做好冬季养护,备好防滑链,下雪时使用.c) 无损检测器材地保暖很重要,每次使用前检测设备应 先进行检查和训机,以保证设备达到正常工作状态；当气温低于零下20时,对检测设备进行保暖.资料个人收集整理，勿做商业用途d) 露天和野外检测时,应提前制作简易地可移动地帐篷来到达挡风和保暖地作用.e) 下雪天时,在进行检测前应先把检测对象表面积雪打扫干净后再进行检测.f) 冬季暗袋容易脆裂,为防止因暗袋脆裂造成底片曝光,故不得强力弯折暗袋,不得扔掷暗袋.白天进行检测时,如有必要还须在暗袋外层套上黑色塑料袋或布袋.资料个人收集整理，勿做商业用途g) 遇到霜冻或大风天气,应避免高空作业,如：必须穿防滑鞋和系安全带.二、 暗室处理保证措施a) 当气温低于18时,应使用恒温器对显、定影液进行加温,使其达到最佳工作温度.b) 冬季气温较低,容易使底片表面形成水迹,故应在晾片室配置取暖器或空调,使其正常干燥.c) 冬季夜晚温度极低,底片拿回后部应及时处理,而应先对其加温处理,避免暗袋脆裂在拆片时造成底片曝光.三、 冬季施工每个办公室和宿舍应暂接煤炉取暖,并配置灭火器.四、 冬季电线皮容易脆裂,为防止触电事件发生,要装好漏电保护器.五、 冬季用水管道要用石棉管壳保温.版权申明本文部分内容，包括文字、图片、以及设计等在网上搜集整理.版权为个人所有This article includes some parts, including text, pictures, and design.
