2008-2009学年度教学工作总结及反思 济南实验初中初三外语教研组 随着中考落下帷幕，一年的初三工作又画上了一个句号，初三备考工作不仅仅是教师和学生体力上的竞争，同时更是智力上的较量，谁能在中考备考中的计划更周密，谁能对试题研究的更到位，谁能对中考的重难考点把握的更加准确，谁的学生就能在同等情况下更加节约时间，谁的学生的训练就会更加的有针对性，相应的在中考过程中取得的成绩就会更加突出，现结合09年我校的初三个备考工作谈谈复习计划的落实情况并结合今年中考谈谈落实情况的得与失。 一 09年初三备考工作的计划及计划落实情况1. 第一轮复习 A： 时间 3月2日- 4月20日B： 形式 结合激活中考进行第一轮的全面复习，激活中考起点比较低，符合我们第一轮的复习要求，激活中考材料的第一部分是音标，单词及词组，这一部分内容的针对学生是班里的中下游学生，快速的提问词组和单词，帮助同学再次识记音标，这一部分内容对于好同学的要求是上课背诵，利用“脑风暴”联想相关的知识点，争取联想到位，知识系统， 比如，讲到 sit down 优等生快速联系中考容易考到的 pull down , put down , get down - - - 如此反复的识记区别，提高上课的效率，上课过程讲究知识点提出的有效性， 教师提问的有效性，对学生进行点对点的，点对面的反复强化。为了充分的落实到笔头，第二天我们还会对这一部分进行听写。 激活中考材料的第二部分是语法讲解，对于这一部分的处理以学生在家学习为主，上课教师以提问为主要的检查方式，我们的感觉是，既然书本已经讲解的很明确细致了，就没有必要再填鸭式讲解了，这里我们做的工作主要是“加减法”， 加上我们认为更重要的，减去我们认为中考不考的，减轻学生的负担， 使学生对知识的理解做到心中更加有数。 激活中考材料的第三部分是中考习题，这里各个老师的处理略有不同， 有的是上课完成，有的是课下作业，但总的以答疑为主。 我们对于材料的使用有一个原则，即，既然用就要用透， 所以，我们根据激活中考的材料原题，第二天还会有一个小测试，大概5分钟完成， 我们的目的就是让所有的学生跟上特别是扎实的跟上第一轮的复习进度，不一定很难，但一定要作对，告诉学生“会 ”并不一定“对” 。附：激活中考材料测试 七下1-3 测试 测试序号 1 成绩 _ 姓名 _ 同学们：从今天开始要进行基础知识的测试了，我相信只要认真复习，你一定会成功。 1.
