20092010学年度第一学期小学英语教学工作总结清华大学英语系测试：为中小学生英语量身定做.官方网站：/ 清华大学英语教授研究组提供20092010学年度第一学期小学英语教学工作总结时光荏苒如白驹过隙,有时感觉它快得让人窒息。不知不觉一个学期即将画上句号，又该提笔写上“本学期的教学工作总结”了。再次步入教英语科目这个岗位，仅仅是短暂的一年多，我在教育的岗位上已经12个年头了,其中任双科班主任工作两年，任六年级数学教学工作五年，任英语教学工作也五年，我深刻地体会到了做一名英语老师的艰辛和快乐.我喜欢孩子，喜欢每一个学生，但不是所有的时候喜欢所有的学生。我热爱工作，但不是所有的时候热爱所有的工作。当一天的老师是容易的，但是每天都当好老师是难的。想起书中的话语：做最好的老师，首先要做最好的自己，做最好的自我。你也许不是最美丽的，但你可以最可敬；你也许不是最聪明，但你可以最勤奋；你也许不是最富有，但你可以最充实；你也许不会最顺利，但你可以最乐观做这个最好，其实是更好，每一个人都达不到，看你离最好的远近。“做最好的老师”是一种平和的心态，也是一种激情的行动；是平凡的细节，也是辉煌的人生。本学期我担任三年级五年级两个班级的英语教学工作，不同的班级，不同的班主任，不同的学习氛围，不同的学习效果。三年级学习英语的氛围更为浓重，学生学习英语的兴趣更高涨，家长对英语也更为重视。五年级，整体上觉得学生都很懒散，不管是家长还是学生对英语的学习都抱着无所谓的心态，学生大部分不喜欢学英语，总想利用英语课来玩，英语学习意识不够，觉得小学阶段语数是主科，英语可有可无的。学生学英语的时间只有课堂上短短的四十分钟，回家根本不会花时间在英语上。有时，我觉得自己的热情和执着似乎慢慢地在被消磨着。有时越多的期待，反而失望越大。下面结合本学期教学实践总结一下教学情况：一、 激发学生学习兴趣。英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，尤其是在农村，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。因此我尽量创设情景，通过实物、卡片、讲故事、简笔画等进行教学，并结合课文内容，运用表情、动作，尽量使课堂教学声情并茂，激起学生的求知欲。我经常结合所教的内容，讲一些日常生活的事例，或浅而易懂的故事，这样既能扩大学生的视野，又能集中学生精神，使他们觉得课堂气氛不那么单调、枯燥。同时兴趣来自儿童的好奇心，勇敢来自于希望和鼓励。没有赏识，没有成功，也就没有了自信，没有了希望。学习英语时学生需要教师的鼓励和表扬。作为老师，应珍惜儿童心灵深处的渴望，积极创造机会，不断让学生取得“我能行”的成功体验。课堂上我总是用“ok”、“good”youareclever”、“excellent”来表扬学生；本学期我还利用标有good,great,excellent等不同的小卡片作为课堂奖励表现优秀的学生二、 英语听、说、读、写方面的情况。英语是语言。一种需要让学生多读，多讲，多练的语言。但是早上各班都抓的很紧，英语的晨读几乎没有，所以各班学生的口语表达很差，只会听懂老师说教过的某些单词。在课堂教学中运用实物教具、简笔画，情景教学、手势语言等方法来启发、教育学生。教学生做游戏、唱英语歌等来激发学生的学习兴趣。鼓励学生大胆质疑，注重以学生为主体、教师为导的教学方法，充分调动学生的学习积极性。学生有疑难和不懂读的地方，我总是不厌其烦地讲解、分析、带读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用。在批改作业方面。学生的作业三年级还好些，五年级因为学习习惯不好，不完成作业的学生占了三分之一。在教研方面，如果有外出听其他老师的课的机会，我会好好把握，从中吸取教学经验，取长补短，提高自己的教学的业务水平。同时需要理论武装自己，需要不断为自己充电，利用课余时间学习一些教学理论，新课程标准，理念，有针对性地应用于教学活动当中，积极参加各种教研活动。总之，我们不是最优秀的老师，但是我们可以做到孩子们最喜欢的老师。一个鼓励的眼神，一种肯定的体态语言，一次耐心的个别辅导，一句赞扬的话语都将成为一个受孩子喜欢的老师的奠基石。这些，不就是我们一举手一抬足之间的事吗？我们可以做到，我们完全可以做到的。这是我快速成长的充实的一学期，比前个学期有进步，但这还只是个开始，“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下求索”。09年小升初英语阅读理解强化训练题（共26篇）（一）A man was walking through(穿过) a forest.
