Starter Unit 3 What color is it? 学情分析本单元紧紧围绕“询问颜色”这一话题，把字母、有关颜色的日常交际用语、词汇有机地结合起来。话题贴近学生的实际生活，学生们能很容易地将自己的生活体验用英语轻松地表达出来。七年级的学生对英语很感兴趣，学习热情很高，有学习英语的愿望和兴趣，乐于参与各种英语实践活动，在教学过程中，教师应以加以积极引导，恰当培养，让学生形成稳定的英语学习兴趣。学生们正处于成长发育阶段，记忆力较好，理解和认知水平还有待提高，因此在教学过程中应以师生互动为主，充分练习，展示个性，让学生们运用所学的知识来解决问题，实现课堂的实效性。此外，应注意学生在学习的过程中很容易把“What color”错写成或错读成 “Whats color”，因此在练习中要反复强调。一、教学目标： 1. 知识目标：1） 学会英语字母SsZz的读音和书写。Ss Tt Uu Vv Ww Xx Yy Zz2） 学习并掌握下列单词：color, red, yellow, green, blue, black, white, purple, brown, S, M, L, UFO, CCTV3） 学会辨认颜色。What color is it? Its red (yellow, green, blue, black, white, purple, brown).4）认识下列字母或字母组合的含义。 S/M/L小/中/大号的 UFO不明飞行物 CCTV中国中央电视台2. 能力目标：1）能认读字母SsZz的印刷体和手写体的大小写等四种形式。2）能够辨认颜色。3. 情感态度价值观目标：用各种可以调动学生积极性的活动来提高学生的活跃性，激发他们参与讨论的热情。让学生们能发表个人观点，努力解决问题；能学会与他人合作与交流；能运用多种手段为英语学习服务。同时可以对学生进行美育教育，从小培养他们对美的正确认识。二、教学重点1) 使学生能运用所学知识熟练描述物体的颜色，同时进一步学习分辨物体的用语，并加以运用。2）学习掌握字母Ss Zz的字母顺序，读音及书写。三教学难点学习掌握字母Ss Zz的字母顺序，读音及书写。四、教学过程I .Warming-up and revision 1.
