中国3000万经理人首选培训网站信息交流控制程序Information communication control procedure1.目的 Purpose通过在公司内部各层次和职能之间，以及公司与外部相关方之间建立有效的沟通渠道，确保环境信息交流的及时、有效，幷保持环境管理体系的持续有效。To establish effective communication channel between Simona Tanning internal (each level and position), and simona tanning with eternal parties, to make sure the environment information communicate in time, effective, and to keep the environment management system continuing effective .2.适用范围 scope适用于公司内外部环境信息的交流。It is apply to the internal and eternal environment communication in Simona tanning.3.职责Responsibility 3.1 环工组：The environment teama) 内外部环境信息交流的归口管理部门；To be in charge of keep the internal and external environment information ;b) 负责发布、收集和传递内外部环境信息；To be in charge of issuing , collecting and communicating the internal and external environment information;c) 负责内外部环境信息交流的总体协调安排；To be in charge of arranging and organizing the internal and external environment informations communication;3.2各相关部门：负责内外部环境信息的接收、传达、处理、回复、宣传。Each department: to be in charge of collecting , communicating , dealing , answering the internal and external environment information.3.3 环境管理者代表：负责对有关外部信息交流的决策。Environment representative : to be in charge of external information communications decision - making.4.工作程序 Work procedure4.1信息交流的方式：（不局限于）the way of Informations communication( not limited as below)a)工作例会或环境管理会议；Work meeting or environment management meeting;b)报告分发；reports distribution;c)培训方式；the training way;d)合理化建议；reasonable suggestions;e)客户投诉通报；the customer claim report;f)公告栏或环境公告； public board or environment reports;g)相关政府部门的联系。Contact with some relate governmental department.4.2内部信息交流Internal information communicate4.2.1内部信息交流内容可包括：（不局限于）Internal information communication can include:a)环境方针、目标、指针、方案；environment policy, aim , target and scheme;b)适用之法律、法规和其他要求；proper law, codes and other requirements;c)环境因素及重要环境因素；environment factor and important environment factor;d)环境监测和测量结果；environment monitor and measure result;e)公司环境绩效；the KPI of simona tannings environment;f)管理评审、内/外部环境管理体系审核结果；the assessment result form management auditor , internal /external environment management system.g)其他。others4.2.2环工组负责将国家法律法规要求，政府环境部门的要求，客户对我公司的新的环境要求等通过各种会议(工作例会、环境管理会议)及公司公告栏，或制订/修订文件和对相关人员进行培训，传达到相关场所和人员。The environment team should be in charge of passing on the state laws and codes, government environment departments requirements and the customers new environment requirements toward our tannery to relate departments and relative staff, which can by through the all kinds of meeting and companys public board, or make /update the documents , and training some relate person.4.2.3通过执行环境监测和测量控制程序，环工组收集、传达和交流环境绩效的资料，实现对环境表现的监督。Through, the environment team collect , pass on and communicate the environment KPI documents to realize of monitoring the environments performance.42.4公司全体员工对所发现的环境问题及重要的环境信息，有责任向所在部门的主管、厂长或经理报告，如环境问题和信息涉及到其直接领导者，也可直接向环工组或环境管理者代表汇报。All the staff in the tannery has the responsibility to report the environment problems or some important environment information to their supervisors or manger, if the environment problem and information direct relate to the leaders, also can report to the environment team or environment management representative .4.2.5如环境信息涉及到公司的重要环境因素，环工组应对其进行详细记录， 幷报告环境管理者代表召开对策会议，研究对策呈报总经理批准后，落实到责任部门实施。 If the environment information refer to the important environment factor, the environment team should record it in details, and report to environment representative to organize the countermeasure meeting , then hand over the countermeasure result to the president s authorization , at last allot the job to relate departments .4.2.6将公司一系列文件，如环境方针，环境目标，环工组以布告等形式公布在现场。 For the environment policy and environment target , the environment team will announce them to every body on spot.4.2.7各部门可通过部门、组别会议等形式将有关环境问题反映给环工组或环境管理者代表，环工组将管理层有关环境管理的决策与要求传达到各部门或基层员工，进行双向交流。Individual department can feedback the environment problems to the environment team or environment representative through meetings. The environment team will pass on the environment management decision and requirement to each department and workshop workers, have the bipartite communication.4.2.8各层次人员通过合理化建议和正常上下级交流等形式交流反映环境信息。For environment information , different level people can communicate with each other .4.2.9环工组及时将管理评审和内外部审核结果通知各相关部门，对环境管理的不足进行纠正幷反馈。The environment team should announce the management audit result and internal & external audit result to the relative departments in time, also need modify and feedback the environments defects.4.2.10对客户提出的有关环境方面的要求或投诉的处理，环工组将处理情况或结果通告公司相关人员，以交流公司环境表现。For the environment requirements brought by the customer or the result of complaint , the environment team should report the dealt result to the tannery relate person, to communicate the companys environment performance.4.2.11对在内部信息交流中发现的环境问题或异议，各级相关人员均可填写环境信息报告单，经部门主管或直属上司确认后直接传递至责任部门，也可直接报送环工组或环境管理者代表。责任部门对环境问题进行有效的处理幷验证处理结果，必要时，可报请环工组协助。环境问题处理完后，责任部门应将环境信息报告单复印一份给环工组存盘。During communication the internal information, if find any environment problems or dissent , every body can fill in the , through department managers confirmation and directly hand over to CR, also can give to the environment team or the environment representative . the CR will deal with the problems or will check the result, if has necessary , can ask the environment teams help .After dealt with the problems, the CR need copy the to the environment team to keep. 4.3外部信息交流 External information communication4.3.1外部信息交流内容可包括：（不局限于）the external information communication can include:a)环境管理手册、环境方针和承诺、环境目标和指针；environment management manual, environment policy and promise, environment aim and target;b)环境法律、法规和其他要求收集、更新；Collecting and updating the environment law, codes and other requirements;c)相关环保执法部门环境检测和测量数据的接收和回复；To collect and reply relate environment beaus documents of environment check and measure.d)相关方环境投诉的接收和回复to collect and reply some relate partys environment complain;e)其他。others4.3.2对公司环境管理手册、环境方针和承诺、环境目标和指针的外部宣传由各窗口部门负责：For advertisement our companys environment management manual, environment policy and promise, environment aim and target to external will be each departments responsibility;a)环工组对环保局、劳动局、消防局、认证和咨询机构、行业协会、政府相关机构等； The environment team is in charge of Environment beau, labor beau, fire fighting beau, certification and consult beau and the relation government beau;b)销售部对国内外客户；The customer service department be in charge of home and abroad customers;c)采购部对原辅材料供方；Logistic department will be in charge of the material supplier ;d)人力资源部对小区、邻居、人才市场等。HR will be in charge of communion area, neighbors , labor pool etc.4.3.3环境法律、法规和其他要求的收集、更新由环工组负责与外部的联络，具体执行法律和其他要求控制程序。The environment team will be in charge of collecting and updating the environment law , codes and other requirements , as well as contact with external , to implement .4.3.4公司各相关部门接收到相关执法部门有关环境检测和测量资料时，应及时传递至环工组，由环工组妥善保管有关文件和资料，如有相关不符合项，由责任部门执行不符合、纠正与预防措施控制程序，有效执行完毕，环工组负责将有关处置信息呈报外部相关执法部门。When individual department getting some documents that relate to the environments monitor and measure, should report to the environment team in time, the documents and files should be kept by the environment team, if have some items that not accordance , the CR w
