Restrictions:a) This appraisal report is only to give the trustee a reference of the price of personal real estate, have no effects to confirm owner right.b). The expire date of this appraisal report is one year from the appraisal date. If the real estate market and the appraisal object self change, or policy is subject to the great adjustments and the force majeure factor appear, the appraisal price should be adjusted accordingly, and so do expire term.c). this report is just be used under the appraisal purpose of this report, if the appraisal purpose or use conditions change, this report should be amended even reappraisal after consulting to our appraisal institution. d). this appraisal is for determining the market price of real estate, based on market value, enforce disposal is not been considered; if it be enforce disposal, relevant procedures should be complete and taxes should be paid, the details are based on the regulations of related organizations.e). this report must be used completely, our institution will not take any responsibilities to the loss which caused by using part of this report.
