Congratulations, Ted!学习并掌握短语:fall asleep finish line wake up have a rest have a race能力目标1.能听、说、读、写本节课的新单词和短语2.同学之间能熟练地描述自己和他人的身高和体重等。3. 能用句型“ than ” 进行比较。情感目标1. 激发学生的英语学习兴趣,培养学生的合作精神。养成文明的生活习惯.2. 培养学生利用所学的语言知识解决实际问题、进行交际的能力教学重点和难点重点1本课主要学单词light, heavy, strong, weak ,fast, slow的比较等级及其用法。2. 学会用比较级来描述人的体格外貌,动物和事物的外形特征。难点1centimetre, kilogram的发音单元教学安排1 第一课时A部分,学习一部分形容词。2 第二课时B1 以形容词比较级的用法作为重点,虽然呈现的是语法内容,但并不要求老师讲解语法知识,更不要求学生掌握语法知识,而是要求教师帮助学生充分理解形容词加-er的意思,并学会运用这些语句。3 第三课时B2,B3是对形容词的比较级句型进行复习,操练。4 第四课时C部分是个故事,是对教学内容进行适当的扩展和延伸,要求学生能理解、朗读故事。5 第五课时巩固 E,F,G,and H 部分复习归纳本单元的知识要点,E部分名词复数-s-和-es的读音,通过say the rhyme来掌握|s|,|iz|和|z|的音教学方式任务型教学法、TPR教学法和情景教学是教授本单元必不可少的教学方法。学生主要采取合作学习和自主探究的学习方法教学用具1多媒体课件、课文CD、体能测试表2学生课前测量好自己的身高和体重,准备好相关数据的纸条。The First Period 一、教学目标1能听、说、读、写单词: healthy, weak, light, heavy, strong,lift, weight, cm, kg及运用2能用现在时和过去时描述自己和他人的身高和体重二、教学重难点能正确读出centimetre, kilogram单词及描述自己及他人的身高、体重。三、课前准备1.单词和数字卡片。2.学生课前测量好自己的身高和体重,准备好相关数据的纸条。3.多媒体课件、课文CD。三、教学过程 步骤目的教师活动/方法学生活动/学法条件/手段Step1. How much do you weigh?师生会话自然引出身高和体重的句型。适当的延伸,增加知识面。巩固运用单词centimetre and kilogram和复习was and were,从单词过度到句子,层层递进。开展对话练习熟悉掌握难点降低了学习的难度。学生乐于参与。用举哑铃巧妙引出新单词lift,heavy, weak, strong,light,healthy body通过直观教学学生可以很快的掌握单词及他们的用法。学生运用重点句型锻炼口语表达能力。借用Flash的图片引出新单词”fast,slowpull-up”这样可引起学生浓厚的学习兴趣和积极性在学生已经通过,实物,图片和课件学习了本节课的单词、短语和句型后,我们不要忘记回归课本。让学生以小组学习的方式来进行表演,培养了学生的合作意识。检测学生对单词的掌握情况培养学生的综合语言运用能力 1.Sing a song(数字歌)2.
