restrictions for salt production and wholesale)，改革食盐政府定价机制(government pricing mechanism)。从2017年1月1日开始，放开所有盐产品价格(liberalize the price control on all salt-related products)，食盐生产和批发企业将可开展跨区域经营(salt production and distribution companies will be allowed to sell salt in different regions)。根据通知，我国政府将不再核准新增食盐定点生产和批发企业(the government will not approve new producers and wholesalers in the leather)、牛皮、钱包(wallet)、小皮夹、皮制绳索等商品上使用。商标局发布初审公告后，苹果公司提出了异议，认为其IPHONE商标在第9类移动电话机(mobile phone)商品上已经取得极高的知名度(enjoy high popularity)和显著性，理应被认定为驰名商标(well-known
