In this lesson, students will learn some information of an English poem and how to write a short poem in English. They have already learned English for more than 2 years and they can express themselves in simple English. The topic of this period is closely related to their life, so its easy to raise their learning interest and improve their self-confidence.Teaching Aims:1. Students will be able to use “modal verbs +be done” to express their opinions.2. Students will be able to know some information of English poems.3. Students will be able to use skimming to find the main idea of the passage and scanning to find specific information.4. Students will be able to write a short English poem using what they have learned.5. Students are expected to understand their moms love.Teaching Important Points:1.
