Do you know the name of the music ? Who played it? Which Chinese musical instrument was it played on? How do you feel about this piece of music? (Is it sad? Is it beautiful?) Yes, its sad and beautiful. Today, we will learn about the passage -Sad but beautiful.Step 2 : Reviewing T: Before our reading, lets play a game. Look at the words , read and say the Chinese meaning. For example, if you see the words “prefer”, you can do like this . Step 3: Fast reading T: Now read the passage quickly, and use suitable words to complete the main ideas of each paragraph. 2 minutes! Come on!Finished?/ Have you got your answers?
