Have students talk about the most important thing in junior high school. Show some pictures about graduation speech. Ask students what they are doing.Then write the key words on the blackboard.Activity 2b.Ask students to discuss what the key points of making a graduation speech are.Then collect the answers and write them on the blackboard.Have them read the passage and answer the questions on the screen.Activity 2c. Read the passage again and answer the questions in 2c. Explain some language points on the screen. Give them some sentences to translate.Activity 2d. Tell them to fill in the blanks with the correct forms of the words in the box.Activity 2e. Ask them to underline the sentences they like in the passage.Then tell us why they like them. Share their experience with a partner and explain why it was important.Discuss about graduation speech.
