Unit 5 Lesson 2 The topic of this unit is Do you like pears?. Such a topic is related to our daily life, so it is helpful to raise the Ss learninginterests.This lesson is the first part of this unit. In the first lesson, the students will learn the new words about fruit, new patterns : I like /I dont like/ Do you like? to express what fruit they like/dont like.II The analysis of the studentsThe students got in touch with English not for a long time. They can only understand and say a few words and some simple sentences. They like to display themselves. And also they have taken a great interests in English now.III Teaching aims and demandsKnowledge aims1. To enable the students to understand and say the new words: apple, pear, banana, orange, grape, watermelon, strawberry.2. To make the students know how to ask and answer whether you like a kind of fruit.Ability aims1. To develop the Ss abilities , esp. Listening and speaking ability.2. To develop the Ss abilities of communication by learning the useful words and structures.3. To train the Ss ability of working in pairs.Emotional aims1.
