Greeting with students.T：OK! Now lets begin our class. I am your new teacher “Miss Zhang”. So you can call me?S:引导学生说出Miss Zhang.T: Hello boys and girls.S: Hello Miss Zhang.T: Good morning everyone.S: Good morning，Miss Zhang.2. 播放上册Unit4 的chant复习Look at和所学动物名称T: Now lets listen to a chant. Then tell me what animals can you see in the chant? S: cat, dog.（学生边说边出示图片）T: Listen again. This time listen and repeat. (再次播放并拍手陪学生一起来说chant)T: Good. Who can tell me what the meaning of “look at” is? (用手势引导)S: 引导学生说出“看”T: Good. Follow me “look at” 简单操练（拍手读，反方向）.T： I say you act.(如果加上动物的声音你模仿的就会更像/有的同学加上了声音真像啊！) I act and you say.(操练Look at that)Step2. Presentation（15分钟）1.话题导入，学习单词giraffe。T: Do you want to look at more animals? 大家想看更多的动物吗？Lets go to the zoo. （ppt出示主图）What can you see in the zoo?S: panda, elephant, bear and giraffe.（当学生提到giraffe的时候ppt出示图和单词学习该词）T: whats that?(课件展示一高的长颈鹿)S:长颈鹿Ppt出示单词giraffe, 教读。然后进行touch card的活动。T：now lets play touch card. You touch it and read it. For example(师示范) 2.学习单词tall和short。T：Look at that giraffe。Is it tall or short?S: 引导学生说出tall（Ppt出示tall）师利用单词卡教读tall（t-all-tall）-拼读-（贴黑板上并板书Its）T: what about this giraffe? Is it tall or short？( ppt 出示矮个长颈鹿)S: short。T: Its short.（Ppt呈现）Tall 和 short 它们是一对反义词师出示词卡Short-带读-（贴黑板）拼读-生生击掌接力-拍手chant“tall, tall, tall, its tall. short, short, short, Its short.”反义词对对碰。Ppt 出示特别高的长颈鹿图片，引导学生说出“哇哦”T：Wow, its so tall. wow！是语气词 Its SO tall.中的So可以加强语气。表示真高啊！谁能试着读出这种惊讶的语气！找不同的学生读一读。然后观看其他图片引导说出对应的句子。3.由cat导入学习fat和thinT: Look at that cat. S: Its SO fat.（引导学生说出 ppt出示）师出示词卡fat带读-分音节f-a-t-fat单个学生拼读-T：Do you think I am fat?S: No.T: Do you think I am thin?S: yes.T：I am very happy to hear that. Look this is thin。出示词卡thin教读单词thin-分读th-in-thin-拼读-拍手chant “fat, fat, fat, Its fat. thin, thin, thin, Its thin.”T：fat和thin也是一对反义词。4. 四个单词fat, thin, tall, short小结性巩固联系。游戏：whats missing？T: whats this?(逐个读一遍逐个从黑板上拿下来)T：I take one out.
