中职学生论文：当前中职学校学生思想问题及对策研究【中文摘要】中等职业教育担负着为我国社会主义现代化建设培养有理想、有抱负、专业技术扎实、有创新精神人才的历史重任。大力发展职业教育,对于国家培养技能型高素质劳动人才、统筹城乡发展、实现教育公平化,具有十分重要的意义。目前,中职学生的思想主流是积极向上的,但由于中职学生受年龄限制思想状况不稳定,加之外界影响,以及部分中职学校对学生的思想教育不到位,导致中职学生思想中存在诸多问题。本文首先论述了、文献综述、研究方法、及意义,第二部分以四川省交通运输学校为例,分析了中职学校学生思想现状及问题,肯定中职学生思想中积极向上的方面,指出中职学生思想中存在的问题。第三部分对中职学校学生思想问题成因进行分析,并指出社会因素、家庭因素、学校因素三大因素导致中职学生思想出现问题。第四部分着重针对学校因素进行了对策探讨,从创新中职学校思想教育工作机制、科学选择中职学生思想教育内容、营造良好的思想教育氛围、紧扣中职特色进行思想教育四个方面探讨中职学生思想教育对策,希望能为解决中职学校学生思想问题提供具有建设性的意见。【英文摘要】Secondary vocational education bears the historical commission that cultivate talents who have ideal, ambition, possessed of sound specialized technical foundation for our socialist modernization drive. Developing the vocational education vigorously, it is therefore tremendously significant for the country cultivating skilled high-quality labours and balancing urban and rural development, achieving education fairly. Now, the main currents of the secondary vocational school studentsideology is positive, but as the limit of the age, the ideology statuses are not so stability, and plus the extrernal influence, also some party of secondary vocational schools take the actions for ideological education are not in position., lead the secondary vocational school students having so many ideological problems.The article discourses on the background of research, literature review, method of research, aims and significance. In the second part, the article analysis the present status and problems of the students in vocational schools, confirms the positive parts of their present status and points out negative parts, by giving an example of students in Sichuan traffic school. In the third part, it analysis the causes inducing problems of vocational students, and points out that there are three causes which lead to the ideological problems of vocational students- society, family and school. In the fourth part, it mainly discusses countermeasures research of school causes.
