As a result of big electrical network appearance, in order to solve between the synchronous generator the compound movement stability problem, has used the direct current transmission, the long-distance range and the large capacity electric transmission. Because our country special topography shape as well as the energy become the regional branch, the electric power networking is very nonessential. At present, our country has formed northeast, North China, East China, Central China, northwest and southwest the joint management and so on cross province (area) union electrical power system. Is constructing the Three Gorges hydroelectric power station, may urge the nation electrical power system the formation. In order to can reasonably develop one time well the energy, reduces the electrical power system the total installed capacity, enhances the power supply the reliability and the electrical energy quality, then forms the formidable union electrical power system, well serves for the industry and agriculture and the lives of the people, needs to construct each kind of key position transformer substation and the regional characteristic supplies the power distribution station. This design 220KV transformer substation, belongs to this nature transformer substation. This station completion, may satisfy the urban district production and the life power supply request, considered in the design process this city industrial production and the lives of the people development, and may satisfy 5-10 the prospect power supply demand. As the new station construction, besides the demand basic condition which can use electricity satisfiedly, but also must consider own station construction efficiency, dispatchers flexibility and the reliability, and easy to expand and the promotion improve the microcomputer synthesis automation. About this curriculum, at present domestic and foreign advanced is the transformer substation synthesis automation. It generally for nobody duty, has the quantity part and the protection part meets respectively independent CT, completely four remote quantities deliver to the control center, in the station correspond use the massive communications networks and so on. The transformer substation synthesis automation development will be the later transformer substation development leading direction, not only it has saved the manpower, the physical resource, the financial resource, moreover from a greater degree may guarantee the power supply quality, enhances the power supply the reliability.
