Unit 8 Have you read Treasure Island ?(Section A 1a-2c) 教学设计 张籍文1、 教学目标 本课的主题是文学。学生的主要任务是了解文学作品的名称、内容及相关的语言知识,同时运用现在完成时态,通过与文学作品相关的听说读写活动,激发学生对英语语言文化的兴趣,学会如何与人探讨和交流文学作品,发表自己的观点和看法,从而提高学生的文学素养和人文素养。因此我设定了以下教学目标:1. 知识目标: 掌握以下单词及短语:already, yet, treasure, island, fantastic, classic, be full of 掌握以下句型:Have you read . yet ? Yes, I have. I have already read it. /No, I havent. I havent read it yet.Has Tom read . yet?Yes, he has. He has already read it. / No, he hasnt. He hasnt read it yet.Whats it like ? Its fantastic. Whats it about ? Its about a boy.2. 能力目标(1) 学习使用现在完成时谈论是否看过课文中出现的书籍并表达对各类书籍的偏好及原因。(2) 初步学习和感知现在完成时的用法。have/ has + 动词过去分词3. 情感目标 通过谈论文学作品,能简单地表达自己的观点或好恶,从而增强学生对外国文学作品的认识,提高学生阅读的积极性,感受文学作品的美和内涵,提升对文学作品的品味。2、 教学重难点 教学重点:1. 初步感知学习现在完成时的用法 2. 学会使用单元目标语言表达读书经历 3. 训练在听力过程中抓住关键词和主旨大意的学习策略教学难点:1. 对现在完成时表达经历的用法理解 2. 现在完成时语言结构的学习3、 教学策略 本课采用任务型教学法,进行小组合作,师生互动,生生互动主要教学方法开展教学活动。通过模仿训练学生朗读,听说训练注重培养学生的听力策略,创设真实的语言情境,进行听力和口语的教学。4、 教学准备:导学案,PPT多媒体课件,词卡5、 教学过程:Step 1 Lead-inShow a short video of Alice in Wonderland. T: At first, lets enjoy a short video. After the video ask the students some questions.T: Do you know the name of the movie? Have you read it yet? What do you think of it? (设计目的:为了提高学生的注意力和增强兴趣,从学生的实际情况出发,选定Alice in wonderland 这个大家比较熟知的视频进行引入)Step 2 Teach new words1. Show the six book titles of 1a. T: Have you read these books yet? Teach the six book titles. 2. Match the book titles with the pictures of 1a. Give some information about these books. The students match by finding key words of these information.3. Drills Speak out the book titles loudly by watching the pictures .(设计目的:让学生通过对作品的简略介绍,寻找关键词来进行图片配对,培养学生解决问题的能力与方法,并且为后面学习的Whats it about的回答进行铺垫。看图说出作品名字,使学生对所学书籍的内容与书名在学生的脑海中进行同化)Step 3 Presentation the sentencesT: Have you read . yet? Teach students the answers. 知识点播 Have you read . yet ? Yes, I have. I have already read it. /No, I havent. I havent read it yet.1. read - read - read 动词原形 动词过去式 动词过去分词2. have +动词过去分词3. yet 与already 的用法(设计目的:自然过渡到目标句型,使学生对整个句型有一定的了解和认知,达成对现在完成时态的初步感知目的)Step 4 Pair workWork in pairs and practice the conversations.A: Have you read . yet ? B: Yes, I have. I have already read it. /No, I havent. I havent read it yet.A: Whats it like? (= What do you think of it?)B: I think its . / Maybe its .(设计目的:对所学句型进行巩固和操练,为听力做好准备)Step 5 Listening to 1bT: We have learned about 6 books. What books have these students read yet? Listen and write down the book name in the first listening.The students have the first listening and then check the answers. T: Have they read the books yet? What do they think about them? Listen again and fill in the chart.Let the students have the second listening and then check the answers like this:A: Has Nick read Treasure Island yet? B: No, he hasnt. He hasnt read it yet.A: Has Judy read Treasure Island yet?B: Yes, she has. She has already read itA: Whats it like? He hasnt read it yet.(设计目的:将所学的目标语言进行一个整合,使学生初步感知目标语言,)Step 7 Listening 2a&2bT: Look at 2a and 2b. Have Tina and Mark read these books yet? Who has read these books? Circle the names.The students listen to 2a and then check the answers.(核对答案时继续采用第三人称单数形式进行核对,为之后谈论听力内容做好铺垫)T: Look at the sentences in 2b. Are they true or false? Read the sentences and guess whether they are true of false. Then listen to 2b and check the answers.
