What did they/he/she do last weekend? Ss:They went to the cinema./He went fishing, 2)Free talk: the teacher asks some students to talk about what they did last weekend to review the simple pasttense.(Emphasize the usage, the structure, the expressions of the past time, the regular or irregular verbs)3)Show more pictures to help students review the simple past tense.4)Show some pictures and teach them the new words: camp, lake, beach, badminton and sheep.5)Ask and answer to help them remember and use the new words Ss: What did you do last weekend?
