Leading 1. 预习检测:复习单词及短语。 1 a This activity introduces the key vocabulary.Focus attention on the picture. Ask students to tell what they see. Name each activity and ask students to repeat: did my homework, went to the cinema, went boating, camped by the lake, went to the beach, played badminton.Point out the numbered list of activities. Say each one again and ask students to repeat.Then ask students to match each activity with one of the pictures. Say, Write the letter of each activity next to the words. Point out the sample answer.Check the answers.3. Play a game.Guessing: What did he/ they do?. Lets talk and learn.1.Free talk.A: What did do last weekend? B: A: Where did last weekend? B: 1b Listen and write the day, morning, afternoon or night below each picture.Listen to the tape carefully ,then check the answers.1c.Role-play.B: What did you do last weekend, Lucy?A: Well, on Saturday morning, I played badminton. On Saturday afternoon. Lets extend and improve.2a Listen and underline the words you hear.2b Listen again. Write C for Carol, J for Jack or B for Becky next to the statements in 2a.Listen to the tape for two times,and then check the answers. Lets practice and improve.2c.Student A asks questions with who, what, or where and Student B answers. Then change roles.First, ask the students to make conversations in pairs. Then, let them role-play the conversation of 2a and 2b on page 95(4 students in a group)V. Lets sum up.1. Review the words, phrases and sentence structures.2.
