Unit 4 Dont eat in class. SectionA(1a-2c)教学设计1、 教材分析 本单元的中心话题是rules，主要语言功能是谈论并制定某些规章制定，如校规、班规和家规。语言结构为祈使句。利用情态动词can,must,have to来谈论一些规章制度。二、教学目标1. 知识目标：能够识记并运用下列词汇和句型。A.学习下列词汇：rule,arrive, hallway, hall, dining hall, listen, listen to, fight, sorry, outside, wear, uniformB.学习下列句型：Dont arrive late for class. You must be on time.Dont run in the hallways.Dont eat in the classroom.You must eat in the dining hall.Dont listen to music in class.Dont fight.What are the rules? We must be on time for class.Can we eat in the classroom? No, we cant, but we can eat in the dining hall.C.语法：（1）肯定祈使句和否定祈使句及其应答。（2） 情态动词can的用法。2. 能力目标：能熟练使用目标语言谈论某些规章制度；能使用目标语言讨论校园内一些公共场所的规则。3.情感目标：（1）能用英语表达和制定一些简单的规则，理解没有规矩不成方圆；无论是在学校时还是在家庭中以及以后走上社会都应当遵守规则，按规则办事。（2） 鼓励学生养成良好的行为习惯和良好的道德品质。3、 教学重点1) 肯定祈使句是省略掉主语的原形动词开头；2) 否定祈使句则是在肯定祈使句前加上“dont”。4、 教学难点1. 否定祈使句的正确使用。2. 如何谈论规则。4、 教学准备 电脑5、 教学过程Step1. Warm- up and revision(课堂热身和复习）1.Greet the class.2.Ask some questions.（1）What time do you go to school ?（2）How do you get to school ?（3）Can you sing ?（4）Can you sing in class ?T:Do we have rules (规则）at school?由此问题过渡到新单词的学习。教学设计说明通过复习上单元的知识导入本单元的主要话题-规则。让学生自由谈论在教室里可以做的事情和不可以做的事情，帮助学生培养秩序感。Step2. Presentation(呈现新知识）1. Present the new words:rule, arrive, hallway, hall, listen, fight, sorry outside，wear，uniform， Show some pictures of the new words on the screen.Have Ss read these words.2. Show some pictures of different activities that are happening in the school.Help Ss understand the school rules.T:Can we be late for class? Drill(练习） Show the pictures and have Ss say the new words. Then use the new words to make conversations.T:Lets play a game. Please say the new words as quickly as you can. Then make a conversation like this:A:What are the rules? B:Dont .教学设计说明此环节为机械操练，使不同层次学生初步掌握目标语言。学生先从模仿到初步掌握，最后才能熟练应用。机械操练时着重提问成绩较差的学生，由于机械操练比较简单，因此是激发后进生兴趣，培养后进生自信的一个很好的途径。Step 4. Work on 1a-1c.A.Do 1a.T:Now,look at the picture on your textbook. Eachofthestudentsisbreakingoneoftheserules. Pleasefinish1a.学生看图，完成1a的内容，检查答案并大声朗读校规。T:Make our school more beautiful, we have to keep rules,we cantbreak rules.接着教师讲解“inclass”和“arrive late for class(school)”的含义和用法。B.Do 1b. Play the recording for students to finish 1b.选出四位学生都违反了哪条校规；听之前，学生要读会英文名。T: Now lets listen! What rules are these students breaking? Write the numbers after names.C. Check the answers.D.Do 1c, Pair work.请两位学生朗读1c部分的句型；要求学生两人一组对话表演，SA扮演外校转来新生，SB告知本校校规。（学生可经过讨论，多说出他们想到的校规，不必只限于书上；教师应给予帮助）最后全班结合对话总结出本班的班规。教学设计说明通过1a的练习，使学生进一步学会运用新单词。和学生一起谈论图片，目的在于引导学生学会使用祈使句表示规则。1b环节着重是听力训练，让学生在听对话的过程中抓住关键词汇。1c是在原有的基础上对所学到的知识进行巩固练习。Step 5. Practice more（处理2a, 2b和2c.借助ppt。）1. Work on 2a; Listening T: First, lets read the sentences in 2a together. T: Now, lets listen to the recording. Check the activities Alan and Cindy talk about. Ss listen to the recording and check the activities they hear. Play the recording again for the Ss to check the answers. 2. Work on 2b: Make Sure Ss know what they should do.Listen to the recording again. Can Alan and Cindy do these activities? Circle can or cant above. 3. Check the answers.4. Work on 2c: Pair work a. Suppose you are Alan and your partner is Cindy. Talk about the rules in 2a. b. Summary and consolidation1.祈使句是表示命令、叮嘱、号召等的句子;2.通常省略主语you;3.句中谓语动词用动词原形;4.句尾一般用降调;5.祈使句的开头是动词原形。6.祈使句有肯定和否定两种。(否定的祈使句是在动词原形前(即句首)加Dont. )总结祈使句的特点后要求学生做以下的练习。1.You must come to school on time.
