Be able to use the present progressive tense to describe the activities people are doing. Master the differences between the present progressive tense and the present tense.3. Moral Aims: To be interested in taking part in all kinds of activities in class. To have a sense of teamwork. 学情分析我所教学的对象是七年级学生(以中下等生为主),他们渴望用英语与他人交流,希望得到他人的肯定,因此我在教学活动中尽量让他们参与到活动中来,通过学生间的合作学习,降低学习的难度,使他们体验到成功的喜悦。教学重点1. How to master the key words and target languages.2. How questions, what questions and short answers.3. Be able to use the present progressive tense correctly.教学难点1. Describe the weather. 2. Review:Look and guess the weather icons. Then answer the questions.3.Show the teaching aims and read.4.Preview: Ask students to put the words and phrases into English in groups. Thencheck their answers and correct the wrong pronunciations.播放视频导入课题,展示有关天气的图片、及教学目标,纠正错误发音确定答案。观看视频,猜天气图标,朗读教学目标,翻译词汇,小组成员讨论、互相交流答案。小组成员讨论不明白的地方可以请教其他组。二、呈现对话与探究学习1.Presentation:Show the picture and help students to answer the question “Hows it going? Hows the weather? What are they doing?”, and ask students to make conversations in groups according to the example. Then act.1. Grammar Focus:Go through the Grammar Focus, and let students work in groups to read and remember the sentences in it. Then ask someone to complete the sentences.3.Inquiry learning 1:Ask the students to work in groups to sum up the usages of how according to the examples. Then check their answers.(Pay attention to the answers of “Hows it going?”.)4.Inquiry learning 2:Help students sum up the differences between the present tense and the presentprogressive tense. Then check their answer.展示图片及对话纠正错误,讲解重点句型,出示几组句子并总结一般现在时和现在进行时的区别,展示并拓展其时间状语的不同,纠正错误发音及语法,点评学生对话。编造对话并表演,朗读语法中的句子并完成练习,小组讨论互相交流答案,小组探究学习总结一般现在时和现在进行时的区别。其他组适时补充让学生真正透彻地掌握本节重点。三、课本操练1.Do 3a. Ask the students to fill in the blanks with the correct forms of the verbs in the box. Then talk about the answers in groups. The teacher moves around the class and gives them some help if they need.Let some groups read their answers.2. Do 3b. Group work.Work in groups to discuss the pictures and talk about the weather and what thepeople are doing. Then fill in the chart below and check their answers.展示3a习题纠正错误及时解惑,通过习题检测学生语法知识的掌握情况,点评学生对话。学生自主完成习题,小组合作探究习题的答案,回答问题并根据图片表演对话。对小组合作优秀的,老师及时予以点评、表扬。四、巩固反馈Do some exercises.1. Choose the best answer. 2. Fill in the blanks using the verbs intheir proper forms. 出示练习并纠正错误。自主完成习题小组合作互相讲解解决问题。教师巡视发现共性问题集体解决。五、总结归纳1. Ask students to work in groups to sum up what they learned in this class.2.Ask someone to show their answers. Then add their answers and show the key points on the screen. 3.Show the homework.让学生总结,鼓励学生要学以致用。小组共同总结本节课的知识及收获。及时肯定学生所谈的收获,鼓励师友更好地发展。板书设计 Unit7 Its raining !
