八年级下册 Unit 6:(教研初稿)An old man tried to move the mountains?学 校:颍上五中 年 级:八年级 科 目:英语主 备:李文艺 时 间:2017.3.19审 核:江风,殷红云,王琰,王悦,叶阅,李文艺,李茜,徐俊杰,吴秀文,孙文勤,汪玲玲课程标准解读义务教育英语课程标准是从小学三年级为起点,初中九年级为终点,其中六年级学生应达到二级标准,七,八,九年级学生应分别达到3,4,5级标准。义务教育阶段英语课程的总目标是:通过英语学习使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力,促进心智发展,提高综合人文素养。综合语言运用能力的形成建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等方面整体发展的基础之上。 分级目标中八年级对应的是4级目标,要求学生能听懂接近自然语速、 熟悉话题的简单语段 ,识别主题,获取主要信息的能力。能在老师的帮助下或根据图片用简单的语言描述自己或他人的经历 。能在老师的帮助下或小组讨论的方式起草和修改作文。本单元学生能够通过学习,掌握如何用过去时态讲述一个故事,描述古老的传说和有趣的故事,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,理解并体会传说和故事的教育意义。中考考纲及考题分析2013、2014年考纲:2013年的大纲,英语学科更强调文化意识在语言知识与技能中的考查。具体内容包括:英语国家的称谓语、称呼习俗、问候语和告别语;饮食习俗;地理位置、气候特点、历史等;常见动植物以及自然现象等在英语国家中的文化涵义;英语国家中传统的文化和体育活动和重要的节假日及主要庆祝活动等。2014年中考的试题的单项选择试题依然以微语境下考查英语知识和能力。2014年的语法项目和2013年考纲比较,都是第十八个语法项目。2015,2016考纲语法项目: 5.连词 9. 动词 (6)时态现在进行时一般现在时一般过去时一般将来时 11.句子种类 疑问句(特殊疑问句) 14.主从复合句状语从句(时间条件结果状语从句)2015,2016考纲功能意念项目: 2.态度 (23)同意和不同意2015,2016考纲话题项目: 16. 文娱与体育(54)电影与戏剧24.故事与诗歌(82)故事如:【2013安徽】34. A where B how C when D why 听力前25题的题干都是特殊疑问句。【2015安徽】42I missed yesterdays speech . whats it about ?-its about _to live happily with a thankful heart .A what B who C how D when 课程内容分析本单元围绕“传说和故事”这个话题,谈论过去发生的事情,重点训练“讲故事”这个语言功能项目。通过学习,要求学生掌握如何用过去时态讲述一个故事,描述古老的传说和有趣的故事,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,理解并体会传说和故事的教育意义。在了解目标语言的基础上,要求学生能理解优美的传说和有趣的故事,掌握故事的基本结构,讲述自己喜爱的故事。本单元与实际生活息息相关,是学生感兴趣的话题。本单元是围绕story展开话题的一个单元,分为sectionA(中国传统故事), sectionB (西方童话故事)和self-check三部分。Section A部分的主题是中国民间神话故事。主题图呈现了女娲补天、后羿射日、大闹天空、愚公移山四个家喻户晓的神话故事。本部分以中国神话故事为主线,要求学生能够听懂用英语叙述的这几则故事,并能根据故事的相关信息发表自己的观点,模仿和运用语言。1a-1c主要通过主题图及听力活动导入单元话题。1a要求学生熟悉四个神话故事的英文名称(journey to the west,yu gong moves a mountain ,hou yi shoots the suns and nu wa repairs the sky)。1b 让学生通过听了解愚公移传说故事的英文表述。1c 要求学生学会使用how does the story begin ? what happened next? Where would they put all the earth and stone from the mountains ? 一列特殊疑问句进行回答,完成简单的语言输出。2a-2c部分是听说教学。巩固和补充了1a-1c的语言输入,增加as soon as ,but,so,finally 等连词用于故事的叙述,使交际语言更丰富更完整。2a引导学生依据四幅图片了解愚公移山故事的发展。2b 引导学生关注故事细节的表述。2c 要求学生基于听力输入,尝试用自己的语言讲述故事,进一步巩固讲述故事的核心词汇和句型。2d 的对话呈现了学生就神话故事愚公移山展开的讨论,提供真实的对话范例,渗透了批判性思维的培养。Section A 的教学重点是让学生学习讲述故事,在讲述过程中恰当使用连词。教学难点是将学生熟悉的中国神话故事内容转换为符合英语表达习惯和思维的语言表达。Section B 的话题主要涉及西方童话故事皇帝的新装糖果屋等。在目标语言方面,该部分拓展了关于故事叙述的词汇和句式,阅读输入部分采用了戏剧的形式来展现你童话故事。通过该部分的听说读写训练活动,学生能够更好地运用动词短语以及连词讲述故事。1a-1d 主要围绕着安徒生童话故事皇帝的新装进行听说训练。活动1a呈现了emperor ,gold,silk,underwear四个词汇,要求学生初步理解词汇的含义,为听力做好词汇上的准备。 1b让学生通过听了解故事的情节发展,并将1c的图片按顺序编号。1c 要求学生捕捉关键的语言信息,关注look,see,shout,wear,give,keep,buy等动词的相关形式,学习cheat,stupid等新词汇。1d 是听力的延续,学生借助图片将听到的信息用故事的形式进行恰当输出。2a-2e 为阅读板块。2a的读前活动从学生的已有知识出发,要求学生列出所知道的童话故事,并就sleeping beauty ,Cinderella ,little red riding hood三个童话故事谈谈自己的认识,为2b 阅读做准备。2b是糖果屋的部分剧本,让学生初步了解戏剧的形式。2c 提供了各场景的描述,帮助学生进一步了解各场景的主题。2d 通过对文本细节的追问,引发学生的思考并运用所学语言表达自己的观点,有助于文本的理解和巩固,为之后的语言输出提供丰富的信息储备。2e 要求学生根据对剧本的理解,尝试运用所学语言进行戏剧表演。3a-3b 是模仿性写作,在听说读的基础上,尝试简单的语言输出。3a 是写前活动,通过写关键词回顾相关动词和短语,为3b 写作做准备。3b 主要让学生体验剧本概要的写作过程,完成词语填空练习。Section B 的教学重点是了解西方童话故事的表现形式,尝试用表演和内容概括的形式进行语言输出。教学难点是剧本的演绎和词汇的恰当使用。 本单元学习的重点词句梳理知识目标必记单词shoot, remind, marry, cheat, shine, voice, weak, fit, stupid, whole, lead, brave常考短语a little bit, turninto, fall in love, instead of, once upon a time, get married经典句型As soon as the man finished talking ,Yu Gong said that his family could continue to move the mountains after he died.Because they were so big that it took a long time to walk to the other side.He cannot turn himself into a man unless he can hide his tail.学法点拨重点语法unless 引导的条件状语从句,as soon as 引导的时间状语从句;so .that结构。要点全解shoot与shoot at; along 与through; voice, sound 与noise以及a piece of的多重含义。阅读技巧 上下文暗示法本单元的难点与重点教学重点:学习讲述故事中的人物和相关细节。教学难点:学习本课时的目标语言,能用自己的语言讲述一个故事。本单元运用教法本课时主要采用任务型教学法和带问题自主探究等学习策略,让学生理解故事的基本结构,通过Groupwork 的形式引导学生谈论有趣的传说和童话故事进行口语交际和听力训练。1、善于抓住用英语交际的机会,充分感知,积极体验,大胆实践。2、积极参与,善于合作,培养团队精神。四、教学设计学情分析: 对于学生的差异,上课要采取不同的教学方式,更好的适应学生的需求。学生已经学过过去时,且对故事都比较感兴趣,所以引导学生用过去时说故事也是对学生语言表达能力的提高。教学时间分配本单元共分7课时:Period 1 Section A 1a-1c Period 2 Section A2a-2d Period 3 Section A3a-3cGrammar Focus -3c Period 4 Grammar Focus -4cPeriod 5 Section B1a-1d Period 6 Section B 2a-2e Period 7 Section B 3a- self-check Period 1 Section A 1 (1a-1c)一、教学目标: 1. 语言知识目标:1) 能掌握以下单词:remind, bit, silly, instead of 能掌握以下句型: How does the story begin? Look at the pictures in 1a, then read the names of the story in the box.2. Ss discuss with their partners and match the names of the stories with the pictures.
