Unit 6 Topic 1 Section ASeetion A 需用1-2课时。重点活动是1a和2a。教学目标:1、复习现在进行时。2、学习“There be”句型及方位介词:in,on,next to, in front of , behind3、了解房屋内的房间类型。教学过程:Step 1 Review 第一步 复习1、热身活动:Lets sing a song. .2、链式游戏:一人表演动作,让另一人猜“What is he/she doing?”S1:What am I doing?(做骑自行车状)S2:You are riding a bike.What am I doing? (做游泳状)S3:You are swimming.What am I doing?(做读书状)S4:You are washing your face .S3:No,Guess again .S4:2.(叫几个学生表演在不同地点的动作,如学习、睡觉、洗澡、用餐、煮饭、看电视,让其他学生逐一猜这些动作和地点。此活动复习Unit 5的现在进行时,同时呈现并教学表示房间的名词bedroom .kitchen. dinning room living room garden bath room house。)Example:T: Whats heshe doing?Sn: HeShe is studying.T: You are right.T: Wheres heshe?S: HeShe is in the study.T: Good.Sn: HeShe is sleeping.T: Good. (呈现课件)2用 in on under next to behind between描述图片3. 提问What things are there in your study? Describe it!Now, lets go to see what things there are in Janes study. (设置并板书听力任务,让学生带着任务听录音。)Wheres the sofa?T:Whats on the desk?Wheres the clock?Whats the pet dog doing?(教授新词,呈现出1a。)Step 3 Consolidation 第三步 巩固1. Work in pairs, practice 1a.3.:Work in pairs. Close your book,look at the picture and act the conversation out.4 Talk about your study/ bedroom/ living room with your partner. Finish 1bStep 4 Practice 第四步 练习1、(看图听录音,完成2。)T: Look,listen and complete.(学生听完录音,核对答案。)Answers: on, Therere, keys, behind, Theres.2、根据例子完成3,并表演对话。如:Picture 3 A:Whats near the window? B:There is a guitar near it.Picture 4 A:Is there a clock next to the photo? B:Yes, there is.3、完成4。双人问答,尽可能多的使用“There be”句型和介词短语。如:A:Are there any boats on the river?B: Yes,there are.A: How many boats are there on the river?B: There are two boats.Step 5 Project 第五步 综合探究活动)1用已学过的单词如:book, pen, pencil, pencilbox, schoolbag, color pencil, ruler, knife等词,特别注意in, on, next to, in front of, behind等介词的使用,重点练习Whats oninnext to.? Teaching aids教具录音机挂图Step 1 Review 第一步 复习(时间:10分钟)1、单词比赛:学生分两组在限定时间内轮流说出家居用品方面的单词。2、师生问答:复习There be句型, 引出1a。T: Whats in front of our classroom?S1: There are some trees.T: Whats on your desk?S2: There is a pencil-box and some books.Step 2 Presentation 第二步 呈现(时间:5分钟)1.利用1a的图片,进行问答。T:Whats in the picture?G1:Theres a nice house. Wheres the garden?G2:Its in front of the house. Is there a big tree?G3:Yes, there is. Where is it?G4:Its near the house.2(教师引导学生看图,利用已学知识引出1a的新词汇。)T:Youre great! Now lets talk about the picture together. Look! There is a nice house, a garden, a tree, a car and two small houses in the yard. The garden is in the center of the yard. Can you see many beautiful flowers? Where are they?Ss:Yes. In the garden.T:Can you find the kitchen, S1?S1:Yes. Its beside the house.T:Youre right. We can also say, “Its on the left of the yard”. Then who can tell where the bathroom is?S2:I can. (核对答案。)Step 3 Consolidation 第三步 巩固(时间:5分钟)1.巩固1a, 完成1b。 (让学生仔细阅读1a, 完成1b, 然后教师核对答案。要求学生掌握生词people。)T: Now, please read 1a carefully. Finish 1b, and then I will check the answers.出示图片教学新单词drawer, chair, keyboard, pencil-box, mirror,并对介词in, on, under, behind, in front of进行操练。)(出示有抽屉、椅子、键盘、铅笔盒和镜子的。)Example:T:Whats in the drawer?Ss:There is a pen in it.T:Whatre under the drawer?Ss:There are some pens under it.(用同样的方法, 完成其他介词操练。)(板书)Drawer, chair, keyboard, pencil-box, mirror3. (让学生独立完成2, 教师核对答案。)T: Finish 2 by yourselves, and then we will check the answers together.4、小组竞赛。把学生分成四个小组,分别用in,on,under,behind,in front of进行造句比赛,不允许重复和长时间停顿。Step 4 Practice 第四步 练习(时间:15分钟)(1)(让学生查课后词汇表独立做3)T: Now work alone, do 3 by yourself. You can look up the new words.(2)(完成填空后,核对答案。)T: Now check the answers.Answers:yellow, is, on, are, family photo, isnt(3)(两人一组活动,其中一个同学看关键词,复述课文,另一个同学画图。最后,把图展示出来,由同学们选出最佳搭档,教师给予鼓励表扬。)T: Now work in pairs. One student retells the passage, the other draws two rooms.Step 5 Project 第五步 综合探究活动(时间:10分钟)1.(两人一组活动,其中一个同学用文字说明向另一个同学描述他她的卧室书房客厅里拥有的物体,要求另外一个同学把房间里的这些物体放在合适的地方,使得这房间更加大方、漂亮,用图描绘出来。最后两人一起用文字表达出来,看谁设计的卧室书房客厅最佳,给予鼓励。)2. (家庭作业。)(1)(给学生两张卧室的挂图。要求学生写一篇关于两个卧室不同之处的短文。) (2)(让学生预习Section D。)Section DThe main activities are 1, 4 and 5.本课重点活动是1, 4和5。. Teaching aims and demands 教学目标1、学习音标2、复习“There be”句型和方位介词。3、复习家居用品。. Teaching aids教具录音机挂图课件Step 1 Review 第一步 复习1、让学生总结有关家居方面的名词和一些方位介词。(1)house ,room,watch,lamp,key,chair ,TV,computer,clock,kitchen,bedroom,bathroom(2)in,on,under,near,behind,next to,in front of2、将学生分成两组,看哪组在规定的时间内可以造出又多又准确的句子。尽量使用“There be”句型和Wh疑问句。如:(1)There is a garden in front of the house.(2)Whats in the room? There is a chair.(3)Where is the watch? Its on the table.Step 2 Presentation 第二步 呈现1.让学生听1部分的录音并跟读(1).T: Listen to the tape.(2).T: Listen and read after the tape.2.(让学生每听完三个单词后,快速说出他们的汉语。)T: Listen to the tape and say their Chinese meanings quickly.3.(让学生归纳本课所学音标所含的单词。)T: Lets sum up the words that have learnt. Step 3 Consolidation 第三步 巩固通过练习完成2, 3, 4a和4b。1. (1)(让学生根据所听到的2的录音, 完成2。)T: Listen to 2 and draw a picture according to what you will hear.(让学生可以先写下关键词, 录音停止后再画。)(2)(核对完答案, 选出最佳图画, 张贴在教室里。接着要求学生看图写出刚才听到的句子, 以巩固所学介词及There be句型。)T: Please write the sentences that you heard just now according to the picture.(让学生自主归纳整理本话题重点,以加深印象,巩固记忆。四人一组,进行自主学习,每名学生负责归纳整理一个Section的重点句型与词组。最后四名学生将总结的结果汇总到一起,向全班学生汇报,与全班共享话题1的重点句型与词组,并与课本4a和4b对照。)2. (1)(告诉学生4a是本单元语法重点, 翻开书齐读。然后要求学生掌握并学会运用4b中的useful expressions。)T: Please open your books! (让学生用所学的介词和介词短语及There be句型, 完成3。)T: Write a letter to your friend about your house. Use the prepositions that we have learnt and the structure of “There be”. Finish 3.Step 4 Practice 第四步 练习(时间:15分钟)1、让学生总结本话题的重点语法和句型。读3a和3b。2、游戏:喊出他/她的名字。给学生两分钟时间进一步熟悉其他学生的座位和名字。然后从教师开始做游戏。选一名学生背对其他同学,教师给出如下描述:There is a girl in front of(班里一名学生的名字)She is behindWho is she?如果该学生猜对的话,他/她就可以扮演教师的角色,选其他同学来猜下一轮。如果猜不中就重新选人猜。Step 5 Project 第五步 综合探究活动(时间:12分钟)1.(四人一组,做项调查,房间里有什么东西,先做个汇报,接着把房间里的东西放在合适的地方,用图体现出来,看谁设计的效果最好,张贴在教室里,给予表扬。)(1)T: Work in a group of four.
