Scope of Commissioning2.1本调试工作可分为以下几方面The commissioning is divided into the following parts: 各空调箱及通风机单机无负荷试车。No-load trial run for each single unit of air conditioner case and ventilator. 各空调箱及通风机风量、进口静压、出口静压、电流、转速、 电压的测定及所有风机和电机的铭牌参数。Measurement of blast volume, inlet static pressure, outlet static pressure, current, rotation speed and voltage of each air conditioner case and ventilator. 机械送、排风系统的总风量测定。Measurement of total blast volume of mechanical air supply and exhaust system. 机械送、排风系统的各风口风量测定、调节。Measurement and adjustment of blast volume of each tuyere of mechanical air supply and exhaust system. 防排烟系统及排油烟机风机总风量及风口风量测定。Measurement of total blast volume and tuyere blast volume of smoke prevention and exhaust system and oil smoke exhauster fans.2.2调试工作的责职 Commissioning Duties 空调系统的调试是集业主技术参数的提供合理性,设计的正确与否及设备供应方技术性能,施工的工程质量等均可对系统性能产生一定的影响,调试人员在调试过程中如发现由于上述原因无法进行工作时,应及时向施工单位、业主、总包、监理反映。Commissioning of the air conditioning system is intended for reasonableness of technical parameters provided by the owner, correctness of design, technical characteristics of equipment supplier and construction quality, which have an impact on performance of the system. The commissioner shall, if finding it impossible to work as a result thereof in the commissioning process, reflect it to the contractor, the owner, the general contractor and the supervisor in due time. 由于测试是调试的前提,只有通过测试才能了解系统的运转的状况。现场存在问题的原因是多种的,所以很难用一种固定模式来解决上述问题,如出现问题我们会及时向施工单位、业主、设计、监理汇报,协商解决问题措施。Since tests are prerequisite to commissioning, operating condition of the system can be known only by passing the tests. There are many kinds of problems existing at the site, so it is very difficult to solve the problems with only one mode. If any problem occurs, we will report it to the contractor, the owner, the designer and the supervisor in due time to negotiate a solution.三、调试内容说明 III. Description of Commissioning1风管系统的调试 Commissioning of Air Duct System 通风系统,测定排风机的风量、风压应在风机特性曲线上,且风量符合设计要求时,进行风量平衡。从最不利管门按设计风量用等比分配法进行风口平衡。风口平衡后,对总风量复测,复测值应与设计值基本相符。最后用红漆对平衡的阀门进行标色。For the ventilation system, measured blast volume and blast pressure of exhaust fans shall be on the their characteristic curves, and blast volume shall be balanced when it meets design requirements. The tuyeres shall be balanced from the worst pipe door by equal distribution in accordance with the designed blast volume. After that, total blast volume shall be re-measured, and re-measured value shall be basically consistent with design value. Finally, balanced valves shall be painted in red. 排烟系统试运转及测试 Trial run and tests of smoke exhaust system 排烟系统在安装完毕投入使用前,必须进行系统的测定和调试,设备单机试运转及测试(详见调试范围2.1)。The smoke exhaust system must be subject to system tests and commissioning and single-unit trial run and tests after installation before use (see 2.1 for details of commissioning scope).防排烟系统的测定和调试应包括下列项目:Tests and commissioning of the smoke prevention and exhaust system shall include:a. 逐个进行前室常闭送风口的手动开启、手动复位试验。执行机构动作应灵敏,脱扣钢丝的连接应不松弛,不脱落。Manual opening and manual reset tests of each normally closed air outlet of front room. The actuator shall act sensitively, and the tripping wire shall be connected without loosing and falling.b. 手动开启排烟风机,风机应正常运转30min,无异常声响。Manually start the smoke exhaust fan. The fan shall properly work for 30min without abnormal noise.c. 送风机(排烟风机)入口处风量应与铭牌值相符。Blast volume at inlet of the blower (smoke exhaust fan) shall be compliant with nameplate rating.d. 逐个检查送风口(排烟口)与风道连接处,不应有风量泄漏。Check connections between air outlets (exhaust ports) and ducts one by one. There shall be no air leakage.e. 逐个检查送风口(排烟口),应牢固安装在指定位置上。Check air outlets (exhaust ports) one by one. They shall be securely installed at specified position.f. 选一层为模拟火灾层,开启风机和该层的送风口,测试该层风口处的风速应达到设计要求。Select a floor as fire simulation floor, start its fans and air outlets, and test air speed at tuyeres on that floor. The speed shall be compliant with design requirements.四、执行标准IV. Commissioning Procedures5.1支持条件。Supporting Conditions由于调试过程是集设计、施工、制造厂于一体全过程的质量反映,整个过程需要得到各方面的支持与合作。The commissioning process, which acts as quality reflection throughout design, construction and manufacturer, requires support and cooperation in all respects.1调试人员的准备:调试单位具有上海市建设工程检测行业协会认证的机构完成,调试人员必须具备相应的资质证明。调试人员具有5年丰富的测试经验,对系统的工艺流程、控制原理非常熟悉,有较强的解决测试中出现问题和故障的能力。Preparation of commissioning operators: The commissioning organization shall have a certificate issued by Shanghai Construction Engineering Test Industry Association, and commissioning operators must have relevant qualifications and rich experience in tests, be familiar with technological process and control principle of the system and have strong capacity to solve problems and faults occurring in the tests.2清扫准备:在系统测试前,施工单位应对各通风机等进行彻底的清扫和完整性检查,现场的环境也要保持清洁。Preparation for cleaning: Before tests of the system, the contractor shall thoroughly clean and check integrity of each ventilator and keep the site environmentally clean.3资料准备:测试资料包括整套的系统图,控制原理图,相关的平面图和应由设计方提供的测试数据。Preparation of information: Test information includes a complete set of system drawings, control principle drawings, relevant plane layouts and test data to be provided by the designer.4 物业管理对所调试工作的房门在需要时能及时开启。It is possible for property management to open the door of the room where commissioning is done when necessary.5 设计方能及时提供技术数据,且对测试过程中的数据能共同进行判别。The designer shall be able to provide technical data and jointly identify data during the tests.6 在调试过程发现的问题,我方及时向业主、监理、总包汇报后,请业主能及时给于解决,利于工作顺利进行。We will report any problem found in the commissioning process to the owner, the supervisor and the general contractor in due time and request the owner to solve it for the sake of successful work.5.2调试过程。Commissioning Process5.2.1空调系统调试(定风量系统)Commissioning of Air Conditioning System (Constant Blast Volume System)调试程序 Commissioning Procedures4.风压转速总风量测定3.新风量确定2.风管系统检查1.单机试运转5.风口风量测试与平衡6.总风量复测7. 风口风量确认及阀门固定与标色2. Confirmation of blast volume of tuyere and fixation and coloring of valves 风机单机试运转试运转是在加上适当润滑油且安全措施齐全条件下进行。叶轮应无卡阻和碰擦现象,叶轮旋转方向正确,运转不少于2h。无异常噪声及振动,轴承无异常温升,皮带紧张度适中。Trial run of single unit The unit shall be run on trial with proper lubricating oil filled and all safety measures taken. The impellers shall neither seize nor collide with anything else and shall rotate in the correct direction for at least 2h. There shall be no abnormal noise or vibration. The bearings shall have no abnormal temperature rise. The belts shall be properly tensioned. 风管系统检查风管系统所服务的大厅及房间均应打扫清洁,检查系统中阀门开启是否正确,防火阀、调节阀一般都处在开启位置。Inspection of air duct system The halls and rooms for which the air duct system is used shall be cleaned up. Check if valves in the system are correctly opened. The fire valves and regulating valves are generally open. 总风量风压转速测定测定风机总风量时,选定气流相对稳定段,一般应选在产生局部阻力之后45倍风管直径(或风管大边尺寸)和产生局部阻力之前1.52倍风管直径(或风管大边尺寸)的直管段上。测定时,在矩形风管截面内测量平均风速,应将将测定面分成若干个等面积方格,每个方格约为0.05,用数字式风速仪测出各个方格的风速,求出平均风速,计算出总风量。Measurement of blast pressure, rotation speed and total blast volume To measure total blast volume of fans, a segment with relatively stable air flow shall be selected, generally a straight pipe segment that is 4-5 times of the diameter (or size of the long side) of an air duct after local resistance is generated and 1.5-2 times of the diameter (or size of the long side) of an air duct before local resistance is generated. In the measurement, average air speed shall be measured in the cross section of a rectangular air duct, and the measured surface shall be divided into several equal-area squares each of which is approx. 0.05m2. Air speed in each of the squares shall be measured with a digital anemoscope to derive average air speed and calculate total blast volume. 风口风量测试与平衡包括两方面工作,其一、是风口风量测试,其二、是风口之间的平衡。Testing and balancing of blast volume of tuyeres Including two items of work, one of which is testing of blast volume of tuyeres, and the other is balancing between tuyeres.首先测定每个风口的风速,然后根据所测定数据分析,通过调节各支管上的调节阀,使每个风口的风量达到设计要求,误差在5范围内,风口风量平衡时根据实测风量与设计风量的比值进行调节,从最不利处进行调节,直至趋于平衡。First of all, measure air speed of each tuyere, and adjust blast volume of each tuyere up to design requirements by analyzing the measured data and adjusting the regulating valves on each branch pipe and tuyere, error of which shall be within 5%. To balance blast volume of tuyeres, adjustment shall be made from the worst place in accordance with the ratio between measured blast volume to designed blast volume until it is balanced.平衡一般采用基准风口调整法。此方法以风口风量测量为基础,先用风速仪初测全部风口的送风量,并计算每个风口的实测风量与设计风量的比值,选出每条支干管上比值最小的风口,作为调整各支干管上风口风量的基准风口。再从最远支干管最远的风口开始测量与调整,使得风口与基准风口实测风量与设计风量的比值近似相等,逐步使风口风量得到平衡。Generally, reference tuyere adjustment shall be used for balancing. It is based on measurement of blast volume of tuyeres by preliminarily measuring air supply volume of all tuyeres with an anemoscope, calculating the ratio of measured blast volume to designed blast volume of each tuyere and selecting the tuyere with the smallest ratio on each branch and main pipe as the reference tuyere for adjusting blast volume of tuyeres on each of the pipes. Then, start measurement and adjustment with the farthermost tuyere of the farthermost branch or main pipe to make the ratio of measured blast volume to designed blast volume of each tuyere approximate to that of the reference tuyere and gradually balance blast volume of tuyeres.在图纸上未标定风口风量时,按照实测值等面积分配或与设计沟通按设计的给定值进行分配。Blast volume of tuyeres shall, if not stated in drawings, be equally distributed by areas in accordance with measured value or distributed in accordance with given value in design by communicating with the designer. 复测在风口风量平衡工作结束后,还必须对风机的总风量和风压进行一次复测,如与设计要求相符合则调试完毕,如与设计值偏差超过5%或超过业主要求时必须进行复查,寻找出原因,并就此做出应对,直至问题的解决。Re-measurement After blast volume of tuyeres is balanced, total blast volume and blast pressure of fans must be re-measured. If re-measured value is compliant with design requirements, commissioning will be ended. If re-measured value greatly deviates from design value or exceeds the owners requirement, it must be rechecked to find out the cause and make response until the problem is solved. 系统风量调试结束,对所有阀门进行固定,且对手柄开启位置进行涂漆标色,以保证对阀门开启程度的确认。After commissioning of blast volume of the system, all valves shall be secured, and ON positions of handles shall be painted in different colors to confirm openness of valves.5.2.2防烟系统(防烟系统的测试应在排烟系统同时运转的条件下进行)。Smoke Prevention System (It shall be tested with the smoke exhaust system running.)2.总风量测试1.单机试运转2. Testing of total blast volume1. Trial run of single unit 风机单机试运转试运转是在加上适当润滑油且安全措施齐全条件下进行。叶轮应无卡阻和碰擦现象,叶轮旋转方向正确,运转不少于2h。且无异常噪声及振动,轴承无异常温升,机电电流在额定范围以内及皮带紧张度适中,上述工作是在电压380V,频率50Hz条件下进行。Trial run of single unit The unit shall be run on trial with proper lubricating oil filled and all safety measures taken. During the test, opening of doors shall be closely watched. 用热球风速仪测试相应门开启时(门开启数应符合消防法规与原设计说明)的门洞风速。Test air speed when relevant doors are opened with a hot-bulb anemoscope (such opening shall be compliant with fire control regulations and original design).5.2.3排烟系统(同防烟系统)。Smoke Exhaust System (same as smoke prevention system)3.楼层排烟量测试2.总排烟压头量测试1.单机试运转2. Trial run of single unit 排烟风机单机试试运转(按设计书要求,消防部门认定的开启若干个排烟口的前提下进行试运转)。Trial run of single unit of smoke exhaust fan (in accordance with design sheets, the unit shall be run on trial with several exhaust ports opened as recognized by the fire control department).试运转应加适当润滑油且安全措施齐全条件下进行。叶轮运转应无卡阻和碰擦现象,叶轮旋转方向正确,运转不少于2h。且无异常噪声及振动,轴承无异常温升,电机电流在额定范围以内及皮带紧张度适中,上述工作是在电压380V,频率50Hz条件下进行。The unit shall be run on trial with proper lubricating oil filled and all safety measures taken. Air speed in each of the squares shall be measured with a digital anemoscope to derive average air speed and calculate total blast volume. 楼层排烟量测试用风速仪测排烟口平均风速,计算风量达到设计和规范要求。Testing of smoke exhaust level of each floor Measure average air speed of exhaust ports with an anemoscope, and calculate blast volume to check if design requirements and specifications are met!空调水系统调试 Commissioning of air conditioning water system 本项目冷媒水由能源中心直供,以餐饮区管道实际接入端实测总水流量进行平衡调试。首先进行各支路管的分配平衡;调节实际进入RD&E餐饮区域的实际水流量调至设计需求的流量;然后各空调系统末端按设计要求进行平衡调试。In this project, cooling water is directly supplied from the energy center, and balance is commissioned by measuring total water flow at the effective incoming end of Dreamworld pipes. Firstly, adjust the actual water flow connected into RD&E Dining Area to required flow in design, and balance distribution to each branch. Each end of the air conditioning system shall be balanced in accordance with design requirements.6.1准备工作 Preparations6.1.1 在冷冻水直供系统的流量平衡调试施工前,各区段空调水系统的设备、管线必须按照设计要求施工完毕,循环清洗已完成;钝化已完成;已经按照要求灌满水,排净系统内的空气,设备的单机调试应完成,空调冷冻水水系统开通。Before flow balancing of the direct chilled water supply system, equipment and piping of the air conditioning water system in each section must be constructed in accordance with design requirements, and construction, c
