Namely work coordination sheet .2. scope Work coordination sheet is used for the following disposal of important problems during the erection of CI. The disposal is classified as: C1 and C2 C1 is the disposal of relevant urgent internal problems of construction teams. such as accelerating reply to relevant documents ,the delivery of equipment materials, the following of equipment shortages, the disposal of the engineering problems on site and so on. C2 is the following disposal of the more important problems and of problems between construction teams.3. relevant document CI erection contract GNL 972974.1 C1 should be issued by engineers, reviewed by engineers-in-charge, approved by directors of construction teams and submitted to TSA experts for resolution . we suggest TSA experts give their written reply to engineers in two workdays(if not require the response from Europe).4.2 C2 is issued by engineers-in-charge, reviewed by CMD, approved by chief engineer or construction manager . Mr. BOON will organize TSA experts to resolve these problems after its approval .It is suggested that Mr.BOON should recommend one TSA to give the written reply to CMD in four workdays, then CMD submits it to engineers-in-charge.4.3 Work coordination sheet decode C1 + construction teams + 001,002 C2 +construction teams+001,0024.4 Work coordination sheets should be filed for future reference by teams, After reply , document engineers should give the copies to Mr.BOON、CB、CMD for supervision and review.
