Special disciplines consist of five modules :Strategy Management ,Operation Management ,Marketing Management ,Human Resource and Financial Management in our school. Different teachers have different styles .Based on the course condition ,they design different modes ,encourage us to solve the practical problems with the help of new knowledge .Academic ActivityI not only study hard ,GPA:3.58,rank 5th among 37 students ,but also take active part in the research activity .In 2010 ,I was responsible for a KEY SRTP and a usual one ,and involved in another two projects ,which all gained professional recognition .At present ,I get 7.1 research credit (Excellence is 6).In January 2010 ,I participated in the First SEU Entrepreneurship Winter Camp .We visited different representative High-Tech companies in Suzhou, On the last day we worked out the second entrepreneur business plan for one of the companies called Bing Chuang and I was responsible for the marketing plans .Our work earned praises among teachers ,while I was honored the excellent members in the winter camp (12 out of 96)Research ProposeThe Strategy Management in the Business Administration is my pursuit .I have a keen interest in the topic of Strategy Alliance , especially the theory and model on the partner selection The AHP to detail the measure index and the Delphi Technique to assess the subjective index ,while the fuzzy colligation and the rough set theory can solve such problem more precisely have already been understood. After reading so many dissertations ,Some new ideas come up to me .For instance, if the fuzzy-neural network is applied to evaluate the partner ,the selection model can not only possess the self-learning function ,but also improve the decision efficiency .Therefore during post-graduate years ,I hope to do further research on the topic .Whereas, I will do exactly what my professor asks me to do and complete the assignment with high quality .Future PlanI am smart and energetic and can perform more than the best under the great pressure . Someone said there is some personality fascination in me, for people working with me can always feel inspired.
