1. This EMS waybill is available only for sending the domestic EMS item.2. To make every letter and number on all copies clear and easy to be identified, please complete the waybill item by item, using ball-pen or typewriter and with the neat handwriting. On the delivery, receiver is asked to sign the waybill with regular script.3. Prohibited articles stipulated in the Regulations of Post, e.g. explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, poisonous articles, drugs cash etc. are not allowed to send as EMS item. People violating the relevant regulations will burden the legal responsibility.4. EMS item should be packed for its safety in accordance with the Regulations of Posts.5. The postage will be charged according to the total weights of the item (including the weights of contents, labels and packaging materials).6. Insurance service is provided for the domestic EMS items, depending on the intention of the sender. The insured amount is based on the actual value of the contents of the item declared by the sender. But the maximum insured amount is fixed up to RMB 100,000 Yuan. Sender is requested to pay the insurance fee accordingly.7. In case of loss, damage of the items or shortage of the contents, the sender will be compensated according to the actual loss of the contents, but the indemnity will not exceed the insured amount of items. For non-insured item, the sender will be compensated according to the regulations of postal administration. In case of the delay of the item, the sender will be compensated according to the regulation of postal administration. Posts will not compensate for other loss or indirect loss.8. The inquiry of any EMS item is acceptable within 4 months after the date of posting; please take the third copy of this bill or the receipt to make the inquiry procedure at the mailing office.9. In case of any disaccord between the service regulations and this notice caused by the change in the service, please refer the announcement in the post office.10. This waybill is only available for sending the international EMS item and those destined to Hong Kong and Macao.11. This waybill should be completed minutely, accurately and exactly with English or French; please type or print legibly and firmly using typewriter or ball pen;12. The accurate names and addresses of the sender and addressee are required together with the telephone numbers, to facilitate the delivery; the post office box would not be acceptable as the whole address of the addressee; the postal department will not be responsible for the delay in delivery caused by the wrong and inaccurate address;13. Compensation standard:19. For item proved to be delayed on delivery caused by the posts, 50% of the postage is refunded as the compensation;20. For letter and document item proved to be lost or totally damaged, the compensation is ￥400 Yuan(RMB) and full postage is refunded;21. For article item proved to be lost or totally damaged, sender is compensated, in addition to the refund of the whole postage, on the basis of the actual value declared by sender on the bill, but no more than the amount resulted from the formula below:￥500 Yuan/Item+￥60 Yuan*weight of itemfor all items without the declared value, the compensation standard is ￥400 Yuan;22. For items that the contents are partly lost or damaged, sender is compensated on the basis of the actual lost. But no more than the maximum amount calculated from the above formula;23.
