Book ReportIntroduction：The book I read is The Call of the Wild ，whose theme is about the react against oppression and returning to nature. The books author is Jack London,published by Tsinghua Univerity Press . The story is related to a dog named Buck that was living on the fat land in the southern of America, Secretly sold by the servant to the northern wild world, Buck had to confront a completely new world . He showed great desire for survival in the extremely bad condition. Dominated by the desire , he managed to go through all the incredible difficulties . Later , he became a sled dog that fitful to the law of the wildness and competition rules , at length , he responded to the call of the wild , and returned to the nature .Body: I was attracted by the word wild when I first met the book . During my reading , I was really enjoying every plot in it , which were exactly well written . From my point of view , the most exciting part of the story lies in Chapter 3 and Chapter 6 . In Chapter 3-The Dominant Primordial Beast, the best fragments are those in which Buck fought against Spitz . For instance , in this paragraph Spitz was untouched , while Buck was streaming with blood and panting hard .The fight was growing desperate . And all the while the silent and wolfish circle waited to finish off whichever dog went down . As Buck grew winded , Spitz took to rushing ,and he kept him staggering for footing . Once Buck went over , and the whole circle of sixty dogs started up; but he recovered himself , almost in mid air ,and the circle sank down again and waited . It was so thrilling when Buck was down and the huskies stood up that it made worried about Buck , as for every second things may change to the opposite . While in Chapter 6-For the love of a man , Buck showed great love and concern about Thornton . For a long time , Buck didnt like Thornton to get out of his sight . He would follow him from in the tent to the out all the time . He protected Thornton and gained great fame . He also saved his master and the other two partners life once in a bad stretch of rapids risked his own life . When his master was killed in the last , Buck was so angry and out of control that he killed most of the Yeehats who were the murderers . Then all day Buck brooded by the pool where his master died . After he joined the pack of wolves , he still often came back to the pool cherishing the memory of being together with Thornton . Im so moved by the regretful yet perfect ending . Conclusion:The story is told in the dogs point of view，it vividly depictes the life in the primitive North where people rush for gold and fortune. What deeply impress me is Bucks strug
