Additionally the analyzer can be equipped with an electrochemical cell to measure the O2 concentration. In this applications the ULTRAMAT 23 are designed for the measurement of SO2 / NOX / CO and O2。ULTRAMAT 23系统是一个多成份分析仪,可以同时测量三个红外线成分。另外,该分析仪可以安装一个电气化学单元来测量氧气浓度。在这个应用过程中ULTRAMAT 23的设计可以检测二氧化硫、氮氧化物、一氧化碳和氧气。The FW 56-I Dust Monitor is a infrared optics transmissiometer . It contains no moving parts and is therefore highly durable and reliable.SICK dust monitoring systems have been used world-wide for many years. The previous product portfolio has been expanded by the addition of the flexible, multi-functional instrument, FW 56-I. Its versatility leads it to be the cost-effective choice for various instrument tasks. FW 56-I灰尘检测器是一个红外的光学交换器。该检测器不包含移动零件,因此高度耐用和可靠。SICK灰尘检测系统已经在世界广泛应用多年。通过增加变形量、多功能结构,以前的产品功能已经被扩展。该系统的多功能性使其成为多种应用场合的高性价比产品。The D-FL100 is One of the most popular and reliable methods of measuring the differential pressure in a duct or stack is by means of a mechanical device such as a venturi or a differential pressure bar. The differential pressure bar is useful in measuring the velocity of exhaust gases that are not saturated with steam or water vapors. These gases may be generated by burning fossil fuels; e.g., in current plants, waste incinerators and cement kilns. The differential pressure bar is designed to measure between 0 and 2,000,000 m3/h, depending on velocity and on the inner diameter of the duct/stack. The minumum velocity should be more than 3 m/s.D-FL100系统是测量管道或堆栈中微压的最流行和可靠的手段之一,通过一个机械设备例如文氏管或微压棒来完成测量。微压棒在测量不含水蒸气的排气速率时作用很大。这些气体可能由于燃烧腐化的燃料产生,例如湿的植物、废弃物焚化炉、水泥窑等。微压棒设计测量范围为0-2,000,000 m3/h,具体取决于流量和管道/堆栈的内径。 The WDG 210/Insitu is a direct insertion type oxygen probe where the zirconium oxide cell is directly placed in the stream of the products of combustion.The patented Insitu is designed for applications where the flue gas temperature does not exceed 675,and where combustibles measurements are not required. The outer probe material is RA330,which is highly resistant to corrosion. WDG 210/Insitu是一种直接插入式氧气探头,锆氧化物池直接装置在燃烧的产物流中。该具有专利权的内测器应用于烟气温度不超过675,且易燃物不需要测量的情况。外部探头的材料是高度抗腐蚀的RA330。2 Gas Sampling 气体取样Flue gas is extracted continuously over heated probes mounted in clean gas and raw gas channel. The probes are equipped with a 3 micron ceramic filter to remove possibly carried along particles. So a largely dust free gas is provided for the measurement. Both probe heads are heated up to 1208C, so that the condensation of moisture cannot occur.安装在干净气体和原始气体管道内的加热探头不断地对烟气进行萃取。这些探测头装有3微米的陶瓷过滤器来去除可能携带的微粒。由此获得含有大量烟尘的待检气体。这两个探头都加热到1208C,这样就不会出湿气冷凝。A heated sample probe is connected to each probe and routed from there into the measuring cabinet. The tubes must be heated to avoid condensation of flue gas moisture. 加热样气探头与各个探测器相连并从而进入检测柜。样管必须加热以避免烟气中湿气冷凝。3 Gas conditioning 气体处理Inside the cabinet a gas conditioning for each line is carried out. First the flue gas is routed through a segregator and pre-cooling chamber, where the moisture is removed at least to a dew point according the ambient conditions. That means that condensation in the aggregates located downstream the pre-cooler cannot occur. Where a definite dew point of 58C is adjusted. This is very important, because of a high cross sensitivity of infrared analyzers to moisture. Downstream the cooler a liquid particle filter for seperation of particles of sulfuric acid and a fine filter is passed. The rine filter is equipped with a moisture indicator to detect possibly occuring malfunctions of the gas cooler. So besides the cooler malfunction signal a supplementary signal is present to avoid the penetration of moisture into the analyzer. Over this valve ambient air is sucked during autocalibration cycles. 烟气通过预冷器后被输送进一个三通螺纹阀。经过自动校准循环该阀周围的空气被suckedAfter this filter a gas pump is located. The next part is a 3-way-hand-valve to inject test gas into the system when a check of the analysers sensditivity must be performed. 位于这个过滤器后面的是气泵。接下来一个三通针阀将要检测的气体注入系统,在这之前必须检查分析仪的灵敏度。Downstream the moisture indicator the gas is routed directly to the infrared and O2 analyzer part of the Ultramat 23. The analyzer Yltramat 23 makes it possible to determine continuously, quantitative, selective and simultaneously up to 4 measurement components. At the analyzers outlet the measured gas is fed into the environment.在湿度指示器下游气体被直接输送到Ultramat 23的红外线和氧气分析仪部分。Yltramat 23分析仪可以实现持续、定量、有选择性并同时连接四个测量部分。经过检测的气体在分析仪出口排到外界。Flue gas condensate is drained to the condensation trap which is level monitored.烟气冷凝物被排放到水平监视下的浓缩池中。4 Measurement/Calibration 测量/校准NOX / CO / SO2 and O2 are measured by the multicomponent analyzer ULTRAMAT 23. The ULTRAMAT 23 provides an autocalibration function. The calibration is based on the adjustment of the zeropoint with ambient air. During this event the sensitivity is adjusted parallel. This an essential feature of single beam infrared analyer. Due to this property no calibration gases are necessary. The analyzers sensitivity only should be checked half a year. If deviations can be detection can be detected during this procedure the sensitivity can be corrected electronically at the analyzers operation panel.氮氧化物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、和氧气通过ULTRAMAT 23多种成份分析仪来测量。该分析仪具备自动校准功能。校准是基于周围空气来调零。在这个过程中灵敏度也相应被调整。这是单束红外线分析仪的重要特征。由于这个特性就不再需要标准气体。分析仪的灵敏度应该每半年检查一次。如果在此过程中灵敏度有所偏离,可通过分析仪操作面板来电子校正。5 Operation 操作The system operates continuously and is normally maintenance free. If any faults occur or maintenance is requested the respective signal is sent to the central control room so that the maintenance crew always is informed. 系统持续运转通常不需要维护。如果出现任何故障或需要维护,相应的信号就会传送到控制中心,以便通知维修人员。Safety Features: 安全标识As already noted a penetration of moisture into the analyzer must be avoided in any case. Therefore the following safety features have been designed: 在任何情况下都必须避免分析仪内部潮湿。因此提示以下安全事项:In case of a cooler malfunction signal the gas pump is switched off. If the fault is removed the gas pump is restarted automatically.如果出现冷却器故障信号,气泵会被关闭。如果故障被排除气泵将自动重启。 6 Cabinet Features 分析柜特征The analyzers enclosure is a rainforced glass fibre cabinet and suitable for outdoor installation. It is equipped with an air condition opposite the door of the cabinet. The air condition with heater operates automatically.This provides a uniform temperature distribution in the cabinet.分析仪外围装有防雨玻璃,这种构造使分析柜适合安装在室外。Analyzers are integrated in a hinged rack fixed at the rear mounting plate.Also at the rear mounting plates the gas pump, the cooler, valves, filter, electrical parts as power supply, temninals, relays and the temperature controller for controlling the temperaure of the sample tube heater are installed .The inner design is based on a strictly separation of analysis parts and electric parts.分析仪安装在摇架上,该摇架固定在后部安装板上。同时,在后部安装板上还装有气泵、冷却器、阀、过滤器、作为动力提供、终端和传导的电子元件、以及用来控制采样管加热器温度的温度控制计。The heated sample tubes are routed into the cabinet via PG16 conduit threads on the right side panel and from there to the common gas cooler. 经加热的采样管通过via PG16右侧的管线面板并从这里连接到共用气体冷却器。At the air conditioner a constant temperature of 25 should be adjusted. So rather constant conditions inside the cabinet are guaranteed independent from the ambient temperature. Only after a gravimetric measurement of dust concentration the analog signal 4 to 20 mA can relate to the unit mg/m3. 烟尘测量设备用来测量不透明度。只有通过烟尘浓度的重量测量计之后,4-20毫安的类似物信号才能连接到mg/m单元。Component terminals(to DCS) address of PLC成分 终端(到DCS) PLC地址Auto/Main 2TB3 /25,20 V290.0Fault 2TB3 /26,20 V290.1Calibration 2TB3 /27,20 V290.2An analyzer fault signal occurs if one of the following signals is present:如果一下出现以下信号中的一种,分析仪就会出现故障信号:Analyzers fault 分析仪故障Malfunction of the cooler (switched-off the gas pump) 冷却器的故障(关闭气泵)The analyzer calibration signal occurs in the event of an autocalibrationcycle or a manually triggered maintenance mode of the analyzer.The dust monitor maintenance/calibration signal occurs in the event ofmanually triggered maintenance mode of the analyzer.如果分析仪自动校准循环或手动触发维护模式,出现分析仪校准信号。 如果手动触发分析仪的维护模式,出现烟尘监视器维护/校准信号。8 Maintenance Instructions 维护指南The measuring system is largely maintenance free. A visual check is recommended weekly to recognize possibly upcoming faults.测量系统基本上不用维护。建议每周进行一次目视检查以发现可能发生的故障。The components to be observed are: 需观察的部分:Cleanliness of coarse filters, fine filters and liquid particle filters一级滤器、精细过滤器和液体微粒过滤器的清洁情况Gas flow through the analyzers 分析仪的气流通过情况Discharge rate of the drain pumps 排水泵的流出率Contamination of the air condition filter 空气过滤器的污染物情况A correct inspection of these components normally gives sufficient information about the conditions system and incase of any irregulations preventive actions can be carried out to avoid damage to the measuring system.对这些部分的正确检查通常能提供关于系统情况的充分信息,以便采取及时的预防性措施来避免对测量系统的破坏。A decreasing gas flow rate points to an increasing contamination of the extraction probe or indicates a loss of efficiency of the gas pump.Coloured filter elements indicate problems in the sampling system.气流速度下降表明萃取物探测器的污染物增加或者气体管路的工作效率下降。The hoses of the drain pumps(installed in the gas cooler)get sealed over the time.In this case a correct discharge of flue gas condensate is not guaranteed. An inspection of the draining system shoule be carried out during the visual check of the facility. 排水泵的软管(安装在气体冷却器内)时间久了会堵塞。这种情况下就无法保证正常地排出废气冷凝物。所以在对设备进行目视检查时应该对排水系统进行检查。This recommendations are given to awake the sensitivity of the maintenance personnel regarding a well overview of the measuring facilities condition in respect of gaining a long term availability.此建议的目的是提醒维护人员很好地进行测量设备的总体巡查以便延长使用期限。In the following chapters please find some recommendations regarding routine maintenance work: 请在以下章节中注意关于日常维护保养工作的建议:8.1 Heated Probe 加热探头Once a year the pre-filter should be cleaned from the dust layer. For this purpose use compressed air and blow it through the inner side of the filter. If the pre-filter surface is heavily corroded, it should be replaced.Note: Never operate the probe without a pre-filter. The probe head would get blocked very soon. Furthermore it is very difficult to clean the system from dust. 探头过滤器应该每年清洁一次灰尘层。将压缩空气从过滤器的内部吹过可以达到清洁的目的。如果前端过滤器的表面严重腐蚀就应该更换。 注:如果没有探头过滤器千万不要操作探测器。因为那样会使探头很快堵塞,并且很难清除系统的灰尘。8.2 Heated Sample Line 加热样线The sample line normally is maintenance free. Please take care, that no heavy material is put on and route it so, that people cannot step on. It is very important, that there is always enough free space (minimum 2 cm) around the line, so that no heat damming-up occurs. In this case the insulation would melt down and disturb the line.样线通常不需要维护。请注意:线上不能放置重物,线路通过之处应避免踩踏。在线的周围始终确保有足够的自由空间是非常重要的(至少2厘米),可以避免温度传导中断。否则线的绝缘套会融化并扰乱线路。8.3 Gas Cooler 气体冷却器The gas cooler is maintenance free. Every six month the hoses of the integrated drain pumps must be replaced.If any dust layers in the heat exchangers can be observed, clean them by flushing with demineralized water.More detailed information please find in the cooler instruction manual. 气体冷却器不用维护。每隔六个月所有排泄泵的软管必须更换一次。如果散热器有任何可见的灰尘层请用去矿物质水冲洗。8.4 Filters 过滤器The coarse filters and the liquid particle filters are equipped with a white filter element each. If something goes wrong in the gas sampling system, it is normally indicated by coloured surface of the filter element. In the case the reason for colouring must be clarified immediately and the filter elements replaced at once. In normal operation the filter elements should be replaced every 6 month.两级过滤器均配备一个白色的过滤芯。如果样气系统出现某些故障,其通常表现为这些滤芯的表面变色。此时必须立即查明变色的原因并马上更换该过滤芯。正常操作情况下一般每六个月更换一次滤芯。Please take care the liquid particle filters collect sulfuric acid , dispose it non-polluting!请注意液体微粒过滤器聚集的硫酸,及时清理。8.5 Gas Pump 取样泵Diaphragm and valves are the only parts subject to wear. A decreasing of the gas flow rate indicates a loss of efficiency of the gas pump. Therefore the diaphragm and / or the valves should be checked and replaced.主要磨损的零件是隔膜和针阀。气体流速下降说明气泵工作效率降低。因此应该检查和更换隔膜和/或针阀。8.6 Analyzer ULTRAMAT 23 分析仪l General 总体The ULTRAMAT 23 is normally maintenance free. Every six month the sensitivity should be checked with a certified calibration gas. For this purpose first an autocalbration cycle must be triggered manually. Then connect the gas cylinder to the 3-way-hand-valve, switch off the gas pump and purge the analyzer for approximately 5 minutes with calibration gas. If there is a deviation higher than 3% between the analyzers reading and the certified gas concentration, adjust the sensitivity electronically. 该设备通常不要维护。每六个月用标准气检测仪器的灵敏度。为此第一个自动循环必须要手动触发。然后将气缸连接到三通阀,关掉气泵并用标准气净化分析仪大约5分钟。如果分析仪的读数与标准气的浓度的偏离高于3%,则电子调整灵敏度。l O2-Cell 氧气测量池The O2-measurement is based on an electrochemical principle. The cell normally operates properly over minimum 2 years.The cell quality can be checked by analyzer status functions described in the instruction manual.For more detailed maintenance instructions see ULTRAMAT 23 operating manual.氧气测量是基于电气化学原理。此测量池可正常运转2年以上。该测量池的质量可通过分析仪功能情况检查,具体请参照使用手册。详细维护方法请见ULTRAMAT 23操作指南。8.7 Dust Monitor FW 56-I 灰尘监测器The FW56I dust monitor is largely maintenance free. In addition it is recommended that at periodic intervals the entire system be thoroughly cleaned externally, inspected, and examined for damage, corrosion or defective functioning.FW56I烟尘监测器大体上不需要维护。建议周期性地对整个系统进行彻底的外观清洁,检视,并调查损坏、腐蚀、或功能缺陷等情况。Essentially the filter of the purge air unit is to be cleaned and the filter insert replaced. The filter maintenance intervals are depended on the contamination level of the intake air. 空气净化池的过滤器应该清洗并清除过滤器的插入物。过滤器维修周期取决于入气口空气的污染物情况。The optical contact boundaries should be cleaned at periodic time intervals dependent upon the dust content of the surrounding air and the facility conditions. According to experience this time period is between 8 and 26 weeks.
