Production plan and shipment scheme for the CAPELLAHOTEL ProjectThis scheme is prepared for the curtain wall project of CAPELLAHOTEL and serves as the comprehensive technical document for regulating and guiding such project from the purchase and transportation to the field inspection. To enable this special project to be organized and constructed in a standard manner as per the scientific rules during the whole construction process, timely complete the preparation of all kinds of works, guarantee the timely supply of all kinds of resources and labor, coordinate the time arrangement for all kinds of work, ensure the smooth proceeding of the construction and complete the construction tasks as per the schedule and quality, we hereby formulate this special scheme.I. Basis for preparation: Documents relevant to the construction drawings.II. Engineering contents: 1. Stone curtain wall for the external wall project A. Design the material preparation form as per the curtain wall project and formulate the purchase plan. B. The processing of stone materials requires 75 working days, which will start from August 1 and end on October 15. C. Formulate the shipping plan in accordance with the construction scheme. The customs clearance and transportation of stone materials will be conducted for twice: The 30mm thick granite materials will be handled as the first batch. It will be reported to the customs and shipped on September 15, the shipment till the Bangkok Port in Thailand is 20 days and the customs clearance and transportation to the site require 5 working days. The 40mm thick sandstone materials will be taken as the second batch. It will be reported to the customs and shipped on October 5, the shipment till the Bangkok Port in Thailand is 20 days and the customs clearance and transportation to the site require 5 working days. D. The installation period: From Oct. 15, 2016 to Jan. 15, 2017. 2. Unitized curtain wall project A. Design the material preparation form as per the curtain wall project and formulate the purchase plan. B. The unitized block processing requires 90 working days, which will start on August 1 and end on October 31. C. Formulate the shipping plan in accordance with the construction scheme. The customs clearance and transportation of the unitized curtain walls will be conducted for three batches: In the first batch, the AA to AR axles will be reported to the customs and shipped on Sept. 18, the shipment till the Bangkok Port in Thailand is 20 days and the customs clearance and transportation to the site require 5 working days. In the second batch, the AR to AA axles will be reported to the customs and shipped on October10, the shipment till the Bangkok Port in Thailand is 20 days and the customs clearance and transportation to the site require 5 working days. The remaining unitized plates will be regarded as the third batch. They will be reported to the customs and shipped on November 10, the shipment till the Bangkok Port in Thailand is 20 days and the customs clearance and transportation to the site require 5 working days. D. Unitized plate is tight before working procedure, in order to guarantee construction period and after work, we transport total 50 containers into three batches, 20 containers for the first batch, the second batch of 15 and the third batch of 15 containers. According to 50% of the construction process, 50% goods of the first batch to transfer to the site, and the remaining 50% to store in warehouse, to maintain that material always meet the needs of the field. E. The installation period: From 1st. 11, 2016 to March 25, 2017. 3. GRC board curtain wall project A. Design the material preparation form as per the curtain wall project and formulate the purchase plan. B. the GRC panel processing requires 95 working days, which will start from Sept. 1 and end on Dec. 10. C. The shipping plan is made in accordance with the construction scheme. It is planned that the customs clearance and transportation of the GRC boards for curtain walls will be conducted for four batches: In the first batch, the boards under 23.50 meters will be reported to the customs and shipped on October 1, the shipment till the Bangkok Port in Thailand is 20 days and the customs clearance and transportation to the site require 5 working days. In the second batch, the boards of 23.50 meters to 34.75 meters will be reported to the customs and shipped on Nov. 1, the shipment till the Bangkok Port in Thailand is 20 days and the customs clearance and transportation to the site require 5 working days. In the third batch, the boards of 34.75 meters to 46.50 meters will be reported to the customs and shipped on Dec. 1, the shipment till the Bangkok Port in Thailand is 20 days and the customs clearance and transportation to the site require 5 working days. In the fourth batch, the boards of 46.50 meters to 49.75 meters will be reported to the customs and shipped on Dec. 1, the shipment till the Bangkok Port in Thailand is 20 days and the customs clearance and transportation to the site require 5 working days. D. The installation of keels by GRC boards will start from Oct. 1, 2016 and the panels will be installed from Nov. 1, 2016 to March 30, 2017. 4. Grating and aluminum plate project A. Design the material preparation form as per the curtain wall project and formulate the purchase plan. B. Grating and aluminum plates belong to the metal curtain wall, which require 60 working days for processing and are planned to start from Oct. 1 and end on Nov. 30. C. The shipping plan is made in accordance with the construction scheme. According to the plan, the grating and aluminum plates will require one shipment, which will be reported to the customs and shipped on Dec. 1, the shipment till the Bangkok Port in Thailand is 20 days and the customs clearance and transportation to the site require 5 working days. D. The installation period: From Jan. 1, 2017 to April 20, 2017. 5. Sliding doors, glass railings, glass curtain wall systems, fixed glass panels, glass canopy systems and skylight systems. A. In accordance with the construction sequence and the principle of finished product protection, this part will be constructed as per the degree of urgency in the working procedure. We shall design the material preparation form as per the curtain wall project and formulate the purchase plan. B. The glass processing requires 60 working days and is planned to start from Oct. 1 and end on Nov. 30. C. The shipping plan is made in accordance with the construction scheme. According to the plan, this part will be shipped for one time, which will be reported to the customs and shipped on Dec. 20, the shipment till the Bangkok Port in Thailand is 20 days and the customs clearance and transportation to the site require 5 working days. D. The installation period: From Jan. 20, 2017 to March 20, 2017.III. Logistics& transportationI). Transportation guarantee and controlComplete protective measures for engineering materials to be transported so as to prevent damage. Transportation control is divided into four steps:1. Verification before loading: Make sure to implement check and acceptance for cargo to be transported;2. Implement detailed rules effectivelyimplement rainproof reinforcement schemeimplement terms of receiving immediately after arrival of goods.3. Select and maintain means of transportationcorrectly select means of transportationcorrectly select transport route.4. Personnel arrangement and assessmentdefine responsibility of the personnelpropaganda and education of the content, effect and using method of relevant detailed rules.II). Technical safety measuresCarry out project manager responsibility system; implement training of technical requirements of quality, safety and construction for operators participating in the project and implement technological explanation for transportation personnel; the personnel on ship shall be equipped with necessary safety protection facilities during operation process according to the requirements of national labor protection laws and regulations; carry out scientific and reasonable risk assessment for the project and determine actually needed transportation equipment and tools; Project Department shall send professionals to assist related personnel of the shipper to implement supervision of loading and unloading during operation in loading and unloading port; implement strict inspection during receiving. If damage occurs, report damage condition to the customer in time and implement treatment according to opinion of the customer and complete corresponding transfer of records; make sure to inspect loading and binding condition of large equipment before operation; complete overweight transportation mark; strictly implement stowage plan during loading and unloading process; inspect whether large equipment is bound and strengthened well regularly during transportation process. If there is unsafe hidden trouble, try to take measures to eliminate it so as to guarantee safety of large equipment and means of transportation; make sure to strictly inspect transport ship before transportation; implement operation in strict accordance with safety and quality operation rules and implementation scheme; turn on all kinds of lights on ship properly during night work and furthest guarantee safety of personnel on ship and the equipment; safety and quality monitoring personnel shall implement comprehensive trace and complete safety records.III). Emergency plan and treatment1. Organization guarantee:The company sets up special emergency support team and establishes internal and external communication mechanism. Logistics Department guides and commands daily work of emergency support team and directly listens to all reports of emergency support team. In specific emergency, it will hold a meeting, organize temporary organization or go to the site to implement treatment until emergency is solved. Each subgroup leader takes charge of organization and implementation of emergency measures in their responsibility range.2. Basic emergency measures: For typical potential risk factors influencing normal business operation, emergency support team will implement prevention and control through taking “planning, analysis and operation level improvement” measures. When practical emergency happens due to the responsibility of the third party or uncontrollable factors, it will be disposed after it is confirmed or authorized by the customer according to emergency plan prepared in advance and measures of “immediate report, maintaining site, requesting support, replacement and substitution and adjusting plan”. If it is necessary, emergency support team will change division of labor mode temporarily. Logistics Department allocates resources, eliminates or mitigates the negative impact of emergency on the customer. In addition, Logistics Department will make sure every staff engaging in field operation know the content of emergency plan well so that they can take the most suitable measures when emergency happens.3. Emergency plan3.1 Emergency plan for a sudden change in the weather:If there is a sudden change in the weather during loading and unloading, for instance, rain or heavy wind, cover the cargo in time and make sure it is received safely.3.2 Emergency plan forcargo damage and cargo shortage:If cargo damage and cargo shortage happens during ship unloading and loading and transition process on the wharf site, make sure to assist the shipper to get relevant proof of commodity inspection and insurance company and guarantee the interest of the shipper;3.3 Emergency plan for force majeureWhen force majeure happens during transportation, firstly, put transportation equipment in a relatively safe place and keep it properly. Then, use all available conditions to inform the shipper of the events and trends and carry out the work accoridng to authorization of the shipper. If there is no basic communication condition, complete related records and preservation of the cargo until getting in touch with the shipper or the event of force majeure is solved. After the impact of force majeure is eliminated, if the ship has the condition to continue carriage, Project Department will continue implementing transportation plan on the premise that the safety of equipment and transportation personnel is guaranteed.3.4 Basic procedure for import declaration:Declaration accepted Review of documents Inspection of goods Taxation Final clearance.IV. Storage management solution 1. Material stock According to the project engineering characteristics, prepare reasonable material stock quota. During the preparation of material reserve quota, such factors as imbalance and uncertainty of material consumption, material transport cycle, material reserve funds, the condition of market supply and materials management level should be taken into consideration. There are two warehouse for materials stock, one is at home, and the other is aboard. The location of overseas warehouse is: Soi 3 Moo 1 KauKgrabeu Mung Samudsakorn. Warehouse area is about 1,000. 2. Acceptance for material warehousing 2.1. The basic requirements for acceptance 2.1.1 Accuracy. Equipment and material keeper should check and accept the variety, specifications, quality, quantity, packing and price of incoming materials and matching of complete plant and equipment strictly to make sure that they are accurate according to the purchasing contract and relevant standards strictly. 2.1.2 In time. Material acceptance should be finished within the prescribed time. On the one hand, qualified materials can be dealt with timely settlement and recorded in time; On the other hand, dissidence can be put forward quickly for the problems found during the acceptance, dishonor or claim for compensation can be carried out in time to avoid the loss caused by over reconsideration period. 2.2 According to the arrival way and the place of arrival, the material can be received at such transportation department as port and airport and warehouse, and the material can be taken delivery from shipping unit etc. Receiving work is the beginning of the warehouse business. It should be checked carefully by people with necessary documents to avoid bring the damage into the warehouse which has occurred before or in the process of transportation. According to the delivery notice, the warehouse keeper should know the performance, specification and quantity of the proposed material, prepare machinery, personnel and the tools needed for picking up goods, inspect the quality with the supplier on the spot, count the quantity, and complete the inspection records with the aim of conducting re-inspection. 2.3 Acceptance procedures 2.3.1 Material acceptance preparation. This mainly refers to the preparation for the acceptance tools, such as measuring and handling tools. The preparation of acceptance documents, such as the quality standard, conversion handbook, contract or agreement; The preparation of checking site and facilities, such as placing location, covering material. If the goods belongs to flammable, explosive and corrosive materials, protective articles and safety device should be prepared; Inspection personnel should be ready. 2.3.2 Check documents. Check the arrival contract, inventory documents, invoice, waybill, packing list, shipping list, quality certificate, product certificate, s
