(火车就要到了。)答案:7). are moving 8). is arriving分词形容词所谓分词形容词,是指由过去分词和现在分词转化来的形容词(adjectives ending in ing or -ed),这些词已失去了动词的性质,大多可被副词very或too所修饰,有的还有比较级的变化,故称之为分词形容词。这类形容词常由能激起人们某种感情变化的及物动词变来,常见的这类动词有:amaze,embarrass,interest,excite,disappoint,encourage,move,surprise,astonish,delight,frighten,inspire,please,puzzle,terrify,impress,shock,satisfy,worry,confuse,amuse,tire等。上述动词均可变为现在分词形容词(adj. +-ing)和过去分词形容词(adj. +-ed)两种形式。分词形容词在句中主要作表语和定语,亦可作状语及补足语等。其用法简析如下:1.以-ing结尾的分词形容词以-ing结尾的分词形容词,即现在分词形容词,表示主语或所修饰名词所具有的特征,具有“令人的”之意。完成句子1).they are _ questions.(这是令人困窘的问题。)2).it was a _ lecture.(那是一个令人乏味的演说。)3).what a _ experience!
