Did you watch TV?Ss: Yes, I did.T: How often do you watch TV?Ss: Once a week/three times a week/neverT:I watch TV everyday, because I like watching TV, and I like the stars.Step 2 Presentation1Lead-inShow some pictures about TV stars.T: Look at the pictures. Do you like them?Can you tell me what does he or she look like?Let ss describe the people using words : tall, short ,thin2. Teach the new wordsShow two pictures on the screen. One person is tall the other is short. Then ask ss to find out the differences between them.T: So we can see A is taller than B. B is shorter than A.Show other two pictures.T: Can you find the differences between them ?Ss: One is thin, the other is heavy.T: So we can say A isthan B?Lead ss to say the words thinner and heavier.The same way to teach new words: quietly, loudly3. Its Tina. 教学反思:一、面向全体学生满足不同学生的需求。从开始对学生就该有个全面的了解,不管学习成绩高低课堂上都要照顾到,我在这节课堂上都要叫上几名成绩差的学生读读单词或课文。让他们找到自信,以后不断的增加难度,逐步提高他们的成绩。千万不能冷落这些学生,否则他们也会失去信心而放弃努力。当然对于基础好的学生一定要求熟练的背诵课文,增加英语的练习量。二、 培养学生合作性学习的能力。在英语课上,我会给学生们出一些任务通过合作来完成。例如编对话,互相检查默写或检查背书。这样即锻炼了大家的口语学生自主学习的能力,也有助于差生的提高增强了他们的成就感。三、重视笔头训练缺少听力及口语训练。八年级后英语教学任务比较重,有时为了节省时间常常自己阅读课文或听力材料。课后回想一下不但没能节省时间自己嗓子还很累。我们都明白毕竟录音比较纯正学生听着也比较感兴趣,要想学好英语,听、说、读、写这
