Its Tina. 教学反思:一、面向全体学生满足不同学生的需求。从开始对学生就该有个全面的了解，不管学习成绩高低课堂上都要照顾到，我在这节课堂上都要叫上几名成绩差的学生读读单词或课文。让他们找到自信，以后不断的增加难度，逐步提高他们的成绩。千万不能冷落这些学生，否则他们也会失去信心而放弃努力。当然对于基础好的学生一定要求熟练的背诵课文，增加英语的练习量。二、 培养学生合作性学习的能力。在英语课上，我会给学生们出一些任务通过合作来完成。例如编对话，互相检查默写或检查背书。这样即锻炼了大家的口语学生自主学习的能力，也有助于差生的提高增强了他们的成就感。三、重视笔头训练缺少听力及口语训练。八年级后英语教学任务比较重，有时为了节省时间常常自己阅读课文或听力材料。课后回想一下不但没能节省时间自己嗓子还很累。我们都明白毕竟录音比较纯正学生听着也比较感兴趣，要想学好英语，听、说、读、写这
