Unit 8 How do you make a banana milk shake? Section B (3a 3c） 郧阳区实验中学 李崇华一、教材内容分析 Part 3a-3c of Section B will be covered in the fifth period of this unit. In the picture of 3a Section B, Its a photo of several friends .The food topic is the main topic in this period. What kind of ingredients are important in making food? The Ss can first list the ingredients. The students will get consolidation of some important phrases and drills .In the part 1b the students will have chances to use the target language to express their ideas of making friends .In the part 2a 2b the Ss can know Holly and Marias ideas of making friends. From this class the Ss can have right ideas of making friends and make ideal friends.一、教学目标：1、复习巩固表达制作食物的过程并熟练掌握制作食物的词汇及句式，准确使用描述顺序的词：first、next、then、finally等。2、能制作自己喜欢的食物并用简单的语言描述他们的制作过程。3、应用所学语言，实现能力迁移。学生可以利用课余时间到养老院，孤儿院志愿献上可口的食物。二、学情分析：本单元的主题是谈论制作食物的方法,学习如何讲述制作食物的过程和步骤，如何听懂指令，同时引导学生相互交流，介绍自己制作某种食品的方法和过程。引导学生采用Guessing and Sequencing（先后顺序）的学习策略,学习一些新词汇,掌握一些新句型,在小组合作学习过程中,培养有序地处理事情的能力. 三、重点、难点重点：复习巩固制作食物的词汇及句式。难点：能模仿课文例句，在口笔头上谈论表达食物的制作过程。四、教学过程 Before-writingStep1：Revision and Lead-in 1、Check the homework 2、Talk about the Chinese famous food and Western famous food, and write down their names.Chinese famous food: _ Western famous food :_ 3、播放“Just for fun” Flash动画“First，put two cups of sugar on the bread；Next，put a cup of honey on the bread；Finally，eat it”Then the teacher asks： “Do you enjoy eating this kind of sandwich ?
