time和when构成的特殊疑问句及回答。2.频度副词的基本用法。3.一般现在时表示日常活动的各种句型。一日三餐中的中西方文化中西方的文化不同也表现在一日三餐的用词区别上。中国人的饭食一般固定为一日三餐,所以汉语的“一日三餐”可以成为一个固定的词组。中国人用英语表达这三餐时也固定使用三个词,“早餐”(breakfast),“午餐”(lunch),“晚餐”(supper)。在我国,人们往往注重午餐,因此lunch成为许多家庭的“正餐”(dinner)。而在西方,人们因为工作,中午大多简单随便用餐,晚餐是绝对的“正餐”(dinner)。dinner就是“晚餐”的代名词,英美人士口中的dinner就相当于supper,如果他们再说supper的话,supper就可能是我们的“夜宵”了。英国人的饮食习惯不像中国人那样固定,既可能是一日三餐,也可能是一日四餐,四餐的情况远比三餐多。叫法也很不固定,甚至同一家庭平时和特殊情况(如临时来客)对饭食的安排和称呼都会有所改变。所以不能用中国人的概念来理解英语有关饭食的词语,只有breakfast可以等于“早餐”,lunch 和supper却不一定就是“午餐”和“晚餐”。英国人有喝“下午茶”的习惯,“下午茶”(afternoon tea或叫tea break,在美国,又称为coffee break)配有点心,往往成为独立的一餐,相当于小吃。于是英国人便有了一日四餐。尽管中国是茶的故乡,但喝茶却不成为独立的餐食。英国人一日以一顿为主餐或正餐,称为dinner,其余各餐都是辅餐,他们称之为light meal,即吃得不多,甚至用不着主食。他们的dinner究竟是中午还是傍晚却不固定,因人因情况而异,这样,lunch不一定就是午餐,supper往往也并非晚餐。还有一个词brunch,它是由breakfast和lunch截拼而来,叫“混拼词”。顾名思义,它的意思是“早中饭”,是那些在周末爱睡懒觉的人们吃的一餐饭。What time do you eat dinner?第一课时Section A
