新目标英语七年级下册Unit 11How was your school trip?第一课时Section A 1a1c教学目标:1.记忆单词: milk, cow, horse, feed, farmer, quite;学会go, milk, ride, feed, talk, take 的过去式短语:milk a cow, ride a horse, feed chickens, quite a lot句型:How was your school trip?It was great.Did you ?Yes, I did./No, I didnt.2.了解一般过去时的意义;掌握动词过去式的变化规律。3.学会使用一般过去时的一般疑问句和答语。学情分析:本课时的教学内容是人教版七年级下册英语第十一单元的第一课时,重点在于引导学生观看图片,创设语境,从讨论学校的郊游活动开始,自然地导入运用一般过去时谈论过去活动的句型:How was your school trip? Did you? Yes, I did./No, I didnt.以活动和任务引起学生的听说兴趣,训练学生的听力和口语表达能力。利用图片学习英语单词和动词短语,同时在对话中反复运用新学的单词、短语、句型。因此,教师可以将知识目标定为掌握本课时新出现的词汇和短语;动词变过去式的规律;学会运用How was your school trip?和Did you?及肯否定回答的句型谈论学校郊游活动。情感目标定为通过谈论学校郊游的活动,增进学生之间的了解。使学生热爱生活,接近大自然。教学重点:1.一般过去时的用法,谓语动词为be动词和实义动词的一般过去时的陈述句、一般疑问句的构成及其回答。2.规则动词的过去式的变化规则,以及部分不规则动词的过去式。教学难点: 1.规则动词的过去式的变化规则,以及部分不规则动词的过去式。2.一般过去时的一般疑问句式。教学过程:Step.Lead inLeading in 1Warm up by talking about weekend activities.Ask Ss about what they do on weekends.Help Ss to review some phrases and make sure the Ss understand simple present tense.Leading in 2Warm up by playing a song.T: (Greet the class.)Hello, everyone! Good morning/afternoon!Ss: Good morning/afternoon! Mr./Ms.Nice to see you.T: Lets listen to an English song named Old MacDonald had a farm.Teach “farm”.When you listen to the song, notice what animals there are on the farm.Step .PresentationPresent the new phrases: go for a walk, milk a cow, ride a horse, feed chickens, talk with a farmer, take some photos.1.T: I have a friend, Carol.Lets look at what she usually does on weekends.(Show the pictures and help Ss understand the new phrases.)T: Look at the picture.What animal is it in the picture?Ss: A horse.(Help them to answer.)Teach “horse”.T: “Horse” is a countable noun.Two horses.What does he do?Ss:He rides a horse.(Help them to answer.)What does he do in this picture?2.Present the simple past tense and show some simple past verbs.Step .Work on 1a1.Match the phrases with the pictures.T: Now open your books at page 61.Finish 1a.Match the pictures with the phrases.Students finish it quickly.Check the answers.T: Read the phrases together.2.T: This time try to write down the original forms of the verbs in these phrases.The teacher should point out “took, went, rode, fed” are the past forms of irregular verbs.And teach the past forms of common irregular verbs.Check the answers.3.Memory challengeT: Give you one minute to remember the phrases in 1a.Lets see who can memorize all the Have some students recite the phrases.4.Pair workGet students to read the conversation after the teacher.Show other pictures in 1a and ask students to work in pairs like above.Step .Listening (1b)1.T: Carol went on a school trip yesterday.Listen to the tape and choose the right answer.(1) How was Carols school trip?A.It was bad.
