Preview Task to know more ofAlice in wonderland.To enjoy the fun of outdoor activities and get ready for the next class.一、扎实的基本功是学生英语学习的原动力英语教师的个人基本功是一堂英语课的“门面”工程，有时一堂课的好坏，授课教师在课堂伊始的一句话就能看出端倪。但凡成功的英语教师都有自己的授课风格，或激情四射，或活力无限。该堂课的授课教师，向我们诠释了另外一种风格，涓涓细流，娓娓道来，像一湾清澈的小河，缓缓流入心膛。在观摩本堂课时，无论是在现场感受，还是视频播放，都会被这种看似波澜不惊但却又时刻无法将耳朵和眼睛从授课教师身上离开的魔力所吸引。教师的专业化水平是有效实施英语课程的关键。英语课程改革要求教师不断更新学科专业知识，提高语言素养。课标中提到，英语教师应具备的学科专业知识包括扎实的语言基本功和较好的综合语言运用能力。而这样的基本功和语用能力是一名英语教师需要时刻内化，不断提升的。只有这样的英语老师，才能时刻吸引住学生，才能提升学生对英语学习的求知欲。二、课堂民主氛围的构建是师生沟通的桥梁该课另一个亮点在于授课教师与学生之间创设的和谐的民主氛围。授课教师在课堂预设时，从学生的学习需要出发，充分考虑到了学生在学习过程中可能遇到的障碍。在课堂上以一种民主的方式，征询学生的意见、倾听学生的想法、尊重他们的选择，短短的四十分钟，就与学生建立了真诚、理解、信任的关系。学生由课前的拘谨，在授课教师的带动下逐渐变得放松并可以在课堂上畅所欲言，这样的教学方式，有利于为学生提供更加广阔的思维空间和自主发展空间，对学生在学习过程中出现的问题也可以及时提供针对性的指导。三、充分的知识输入是输出的保障本课的教学设计十分精巧，将单元话题中的主人公Alice巧妙的安插进入了听说材料中，以主人公的剧情发展作为整个课堂进程的主线，即创设了真实的教学情境，又激发了学生继续往前走、一探究竟的学习兴趣。与其他同课异构的课堂相比，本堂课的输入显得十分充分。对一些生词和新句型的处理，并没有
